I just love everything about this hotel. If we balik kampung pekan, absolutely ancasa is our 1st choice. Spacious and clean room, very comfortable with 2 superior single bed. Bathroom with bathtub and has separate shower room. Swimming pool is big and the hotel also provides paid activities. I love the lift and the hotel fragrance! Staff is kind and very nice.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, my room was spacious, the bathroom is oh la la. Love it all. The lighting, the ambiance is soothing and overall I have amazing time there. My view is not so bad too, got the river and pool

A truly satisfying stay at Ancasa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - perfect for both family vacations and business trip. The staff were friendly and profesional, makin us feep very welcome. The hotel is also well-located, close tonthe town center and nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Ancasa Royale Hotel, Pahang. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a good location that’s convenient for getting around. Service was average, nothing exceptional but acceptable. Amenities were also standard, meeting basic expectations. Overall, a decent stay if you're looking for a simple, comfortable place.

I believe this resort had its glory long ago. It is the best accommodation in this area and very safe plus friendly staffs. However, can’t expect spotless as the room is massive but dated a bit. Hopefully they can spend more money to maintain the hotel.

Everything else is great, except for the fact that I have a room with a connecting door to another room. The noise from the other room can be a bit distracting.

Room was spacious. Breakfast acceptable. However swimming pool was out of service during stay. A bit of disappointment. Water for bathtub was slow.

The hotel was the best one in Pekan. We booked 1 night then added a second night as we were happy with the service. The towel smelt bad and the hotel immediately gave us new ones. The view from the hotel window is attached.
