"When choosing a holiday online we look at various companies, location, price and facilities available, we enjoy the process and trust in the information provided on the companies website, this is an enjoyable process as choosing a holiday is an exciting event. As consumers we do not expect to trawl through small print and then be left wondering exactly which facilities will be available, which according to EasyJet is what we should expect. We read the online information and take it at face value that the facilities advertised are available, and are the facilities we will experience and then we pay the amount of money EasyJet are asking for to provide us with the holiday they are advertising for sale. We think it is unfair, misleading and downright arrogant of EasyJet to basically say, tough you booked in early season, you should have expected to be disappointed. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that both pools were closed, Your website states “Make use of the two swimming pools” there is a sign at the hotel stating the pools are due to open 12th of May. None of the hotels bars, restaurant etc were open, all were in darkness, the restaurant was being used as a builders store, again your website states “ For breakfast, head to Restaurante Sa Puntassa for a buffet featuring everything from freshly baked bread and pastries to savoury dishes and local Balearic treats, to be enjoyed either in the restaurant or on the terrace. For lunch and dinner, the poolside Metla and Sasini Restaurants offer a unique culinary experience, blending the rich flavours of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine”, I did expect a bar or similar to be available The hotel is undergoing some improvements, building noise was continuous, there is also a construction of a large hotel opposite, the noise started from roughly 8.30am till 8.30pm, which was not pleasant, or relaxing, thankfully a short walk took us to the beach and the beach side restaurants etc, giving us escape from the noise, although there was a cost in hiring the loungers on the beach. The building work should have been disclosed on your website. The rooms are okay, there clean and functional, however the walls are so thin you can hear everything, not a pleasant experience. While we may expect some things not to be available in low season, they tend to be around entrainment and clubs, not the hotel being effectively closed. We booked a holiday not a room."

"It wasn’t our first stay there, overall we enjoyed our stay, the only thing we didn’t like is that the housekeeping knocked at the door every day before 9 am even though we had a no disturb sign on our door. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay, even if outdated, and the price recently is not so matching the quality as before."

"Great room, everything modern and new, lovely balcony. Refrigerator in the room and kettle with two cups. Room cleaning six times a week with towel change. Breakfast is delicious, prepared by the owners themselves, with fruit and vegetables as well as sweet and savory options. It's a bit of a shame they only offer filter coffee. The owner is incredibly friendly, speaks good German, and does everything possible for the guests. Very close to the beautiful beach and promenade. A small pool would make the stay even more perfect. We would love to come back again."

"This hotel is a complete scam, they will charge you for a premium quality room then give you a lower category room. This is a fraud property, showing edited pictures with premium facilities then giving lower quality rooms. This was a really bad experience. Please avoid this property."

"Warm welcome by Eugenio who is the heart and soul of this nice boutique hotel. The room was nice and clean. It's well equiped with sufficent hangers and even a small fridge. Even the balcony has a decent size as well as the bathroom. The sleeping comfort is good. There is even an open-air roof top lounge where youn can bring your own drinks. The breakfast has a large varity and is very tasty. The staff is nice and helpfull. The only disadvantage was that the elevator wasn't working. Still we would come back. Gracias."

"Managers scam couples by putting them in single rooms. The room is very very small. The toilet is in the same room as the bed with nothing covering it as well as it directly facing the bed which is ridiculous that there is no privacy on the toilet as can be seen by the almost laughable picture. The bed is a 3/4 bed in the corner of the bedroom room which is unacceptable for two people. The shower leaks a lot of water underneath the glass meaning your room is practically underwater after a quick shower. We arrived at midnight the first night and complained in the morning which resulted in another room being available the morning after complaining. The new room was much more up to standard with the bare minimum necessities such as an actual bathroom but generally quite nice, however the 2 nights in the first room somewhat ruined the experience. They claim the room is an “economy double room” but in reality this is a single room that they put couples and charge over €1200 for the week for. The food is hit and miss but generally okay, we ate out some nights as it occasionally wasn’t great. The rooftop facilities are very nice with the sea views and hot tubs. The hotel is clean and the staff are all very lovely who work there. Bar area is also nice."
