DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. The stuff were talking outside of my room for all night and the walls are not sound proof. We told them we can hear them, but they don't move. And we can hear the trains passing by. Very noisy! Also, there is no river view. It is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

My friends and I stayed in rooms 29, 30 and 31. Rooms were in poor condition and were inferior to website photos: paint was peeling, furniture was broken, shower door wouldn't close. Photos were sent to the manager with no response.

This is, hands down, my favorite place to stay when we drive from Pittsburgh to visit my husband's family who live near Peekskill. It is quaint, charming& reasonably priced. This was our 4th time staying there- the management honored my request for a room "upstairs over the lobby" - beautiful view of the mighty Hudson River just outside our door. The rooms are just typical hotel rooms, but clean & cozy with a nice hot shower. Coffee is always available in the lobby and the "grab & go" breakfasts are generously packed with muffins, cereal, other pastry things, juice & water. And Peekskill shopping & restaurants are within walking distance. And did I mention the coffee? It is delicious! We only go once a year so I am looking forward to our 2026 journey!

Our experience was not a good one. We checked in for two nights. Partying upstairs and general run down condition of the hotel along with some unwelcome critters made us decide to leave immediately in the morning. The manager was not going to be in until Monday so no decision on our payment could be made. I finally was able to get in contact with the manager and he made full restitution. He apologized for our bad experience, which I did appreciate. I don't know what others have experienced here but our stay was short and not pleasant. The staff however, was very nice and the view is spectacular.

The air conditioner was horrible. The toilet continued to run. The room needs major updates. Only stayed here because of convenience to my event and there was rooms available.

Fairly worn down and threadbare. Many corners being cut--like being stingy about giving more than 2 sets of towels, even though we had 4 in our room, and the included "breakfast" being a stack of brown bags with a packaged waffle and maybe an instant oatmeal. Wifi worked poorly, if at all (triggering certificate errors), and the staff didn't seem to understand the problem or interested in getting it fixed. Generally otherwise passable.

Check in was painfully slow took 1.5 hrs to get in room. We were given a room and then after we were told it was already filled so needed to wait for reception to check the room. After he took a smoke break and was busy checking in another guest I opened the door with the key to find it empty. Light switch didn’t work in room, bulb out in lamp, AC unit makes a lot of noise as if the fan is under water. Close to train to you hear the horn several times a night.

On a hot summer day the pool was closed. Reason why i book them. Had to put a chair behind the door bcuz the lock wouldn't closed completely. Staff was very noisy by 9am.
