Nice Aparthotel. Nice And friendly staff ať the reception but people on breakfast And bar, tragedy. Rude, not smiling man who hate their job. We ordered coffee And Waiter told us that He come. He never came. This kind of people are not good for the nice image of the Hotel like this. But reception, hausekeeping etc great only people in breakfast and restaurant should learn how to smile.

First visit was last december /2021/ it was with my familly and this visit was only with my daughter. Hotel staff / especialy Mr. Vojtěchová/ was very friendly and helpfull. Anytime they were happy to help me. Also when I pass the reception and I saw some guests there, staff was always smiling and friendly and happy to help. Also rooms was perfect.All you need to enjoy the stay and also very clean. Skibus is not even 2 minutes walking from hotel. In the hotel is also rooms for equiment /skiing and snowbord/ where is very warm so can dry up very quickly. For children is possibility for games and relax.Breakfast was also excellent Everybody can choose. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMNED THIS PLACE. Lenka Folovská

Love stay close to the nature

It’s the 3rd or 4th time we’re staying there and I have to say the level of service went a loot downhill. The breakfast is poor with broken coffee machine, bad wi-fi reception that didn’t even cover one of the bedrooms. No slippers nor bathrobes, something you would expect in a hotel with spa. They also emailed us a card that provides discounts for local sights, like Snezka cable car, but only for 1 guest out of 4, so only one of us was given this discount..honestly given all this the total impression is that for this kind of money it’s rubbish. There are several other decent hotels in Pec pod Snezkou, we’ll probably stay elsewhere next time.

Our visit was in September 2023. We chose this hotel based on good reviews, nice photos and spa. Positive: 1.The hotel has an excellent restaurant for dinner and, above all, great service. Thank you very much to the gentleman who took fantastic care of us (with glasses). 2. The breakfast was very tasty and for everyone (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) 3. Beautiful surroundings, underground garages and a really excellent location. 4. Nice and clean room with a view, very calm. Unfortunately, a few details that surprised us: 1. check in: they didn't ask us for ID, then late at dinner they informed us in style that we didn't give them ID (they didn't ask for one and tried to blame it on us). 2. massage reservation - couldn't find them, long check-in 3. wellness: really small wellness area for such a large aparthotel, unfortunately without a pool. There was a mess in the wellness area, a Kneipp walkway with a lot of foreign hair, you really don't want to put your feet there. Relaxation zone for sitting was full of mess from previous clients, a ton of glasses on the tables that have not been cleaned for a long time. You have to pay extra for everything incl. bathrobes, which are not included in the spa price (for which you have to pay, max 1 hour). 4. massage: standard massage, but I would expect more in this aparthotel. The masseuse was sick, she was breathing heavily and constantly blowing her nose and sweating throughout the massage. It was really uncomfortable, of course I also got sick. Lady shortened massage by 10 minutes (we paid for a 55-minute massage and left after 45 minutes - it happened to me and to my friend before). 5. check out: When we informed the reception about our dissatisfaction with the massage (a total of 4 people), we got the answer that they were sorry and that maybe next time... well it would need more interest and a professional approach I guess.

The restaurant offers very cozy atmosphere with some special grill, where the food was really amazing! Glad to find a quality restaurant in Pec pod Snezkou. Plus they have beautiful coffee sets. Nice place to visit!
