Awful. Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen at a hotel: fake sausage pellets suspended in some liquid. Some sort of yellow gel that may have been powdered eggs. Stale bagels and croissants that were sliced too thick to go into the filthy toaster. The smoke detector in my room emitted an incessant static-y kind of sound that kept me from sleeping soundly, I didn't know those kinds of devices could even make sounds. Very thin walls and floors let me know everything my neighbors were doing. On check-out, they refused to print or email any documentation because I booked thru Trip dot com. After 3 strikes, this was my last stay at any hotel under the corrupt Marriot brand.

Mediocre property in Pearland that only served eggs one of the four mornings I stayed here. Typical breakfast was biscuits, bacon and fried potatoes with no eggs. When I expressed frustration with the front desk the staff member indicated that breakfast was a common complaint there. Only a single restaurant within walking distance, will pass on this one going forward.

I stayed here for one night. I came in for a funeral. I am not one to write reviews lately but I just had to for this place. The bed was so lumpy I was in pain the next day. When I checked in the manager on duty was training someone and bad mouthing the card programming machine. As a business owner that is such a bad look, not just to me but the new person now thinks it is ok to do that. I think she thought she was being "funny" The bathtub had 2 body wash on the wall and no shampoo. This place has seen its days for sure. Highly advise not staying here.

This property seems to have been renovated (painted). The floor my room was on smelled like mildew, which trailed into my room for the entirety of my stay. Overall appearance was ok, the place could be cleaner. Front desk staff were extremely friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly at every encounter, the lobby had a new updated look, the lobby and breakfast area looked and smelled clean. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options that stayed fresh and stocked for the duration of breakfast hours. The rooms were spacious and had an updated look.
We did not like that the hallways in the lodging areas smelled strongly of mildew. We also did not like that it seemed as though the air conditioner turned off when were not in the room. We realize this saves the property on energy costs, but our room was hot stuffy and also smelled of mildew.
This needs to be addressed because mold and mildew is a sign of further problem and quite a put-off.
However, having said that, we would stay again.

Whenever I am in Pearland/Houston Tx I stay here I literally know the staff my first name and know mine as well, and my daughters! Mr. Charles is so helpful and friendly! Great people and ALWAYS A GREAT STAY!!! I will continue to stay here when I’m in town!😁

Great stay
Nice cold room which made a great night’s sleep…and a hot bath. Very well appointed room. Will definitely stay again, if in the area!
