'Stunning' is the word to describe this outstanding ocean-front property.
'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs.
Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales.
All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely 5-minute stroll including: tennis courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, etc.
Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.
The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view.
With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.
The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.30am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available. Check the with owner a day or two before you arrive.
Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children from crawling age to 12 years.
Access to the apartment is via a path with 21 steps and a handrail.
Linen is provided.
Free Wi Fi, EV charging, Netflix and Nespresso Machine.
Small, quiet, house-trained dogs that don't drop hair are welcome but please check with owner before booking. We don't have a yard but there is ample space outside the property for exercising etc. And we ask that dogs not be left unattended on the property. Sorry, we don't allow cats.
2025 & 2026 RATES: Summer: $520-$580 Jan 19 - May 3. Winter: $480-$520 May 4 - Sep 25. Summer: $520-$580 Sep 26 - 2 May, 2026.
Minimum: 2 nights, except Easter (4 nights); Long Weekends (3 nights) and Christmas Peak (7 nights, Friday - Friday from 12 Dec - 16 Jan 2026)

A place to unwind
This has been my wife's special place for her birthday. This is our second time staying at Seabreeze and it never disappoints. Graham is a fantastic host, and the venue speaks for itself!

We had an absolutely sublime stay at 'Seabreeze'. While the photos give you a good hint of what’s in store, nothing beats watching the amazing, ever-changing views throughout the day. Graham and Maz have really thought of everything to make sure you’re comfortable and happy during your stay. You can tell they put a lot of care into the place — from the spotless interiors to the thoughtful little touches that made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. They were incredibly welcoming and always ready with great tips or a helping hand. We look forward to returning soon!

Very Special
This is an wonderful property. Very private and the views are incredible from every room. The sea breaking on the rock platform below as a soundtrack Having stayed here before I had forgotten how special this place is. The hosts are incredibly accomodating and the place is well set up for comfort and relaxation. Lovely local walks and very close to the beach. A very memorable stay.

Perfect Retreat
We totally loved our experience at Seabreeze, it was everything suggested and offered on Stayz and easy to see it has 10/10 rating. We couldn’t fault a thing. Graham met us on arrival, helped with our bags and ensured we knew where everything was. The property is spotless, well appointed with luxury towels and bedding. Super comfy bed and pillows. The outlook is stunning and the sound of waves actually put me to sleep.The drive in is beautiful but do bring some snacks and drinks if you like, however Umina shopping area is only about 10 minutes away. Make sure you take time to walk around the beach and bush walk near by. Definitely looking to return.

A Slice of Heaven!
A beautiful tranquil place to say with unlimited views of the ocean and saw dolphins!If you want to refresh your soul and enjoy the natural wonders of Mother Nature this is the place. Lots of bush walks as well. The closest restaurants and cafe is Umina but that is only a 5 minute drive.Our host Graham was very responsive to our emails and provided great information on walks and the amenities. I would certainly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay!
Our expectations were surpassed - the location is gorgeous with the most amazing ocean views, and the place was everything we hoped for! We had a very relaxing visit and made the most of the beach, rock pool, and nearby trails. We came away very relaxed and rejuvenated. Would highly recommend… 10/10 experience.

Special Ocean Views
'Seabreeze', an apartment set right on the cliff face at Pearl Beach with commanding views across the Hawkesbury River entrannce, Lion Island and to Pittwater is a find in a million. Staying there is like having your own cruise ship suite complete with outside deck without the rocking. The accommodation is a short walk down into Pearl Beach and it is well appointed. We are already looking forward to returning in a month's time.

Seabreeze
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this unique and breathtaking accommodation hosted by Maz and Graham. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they are kind, lovely, and clever people who have put so much thought and care into creating a truly special experience. The incredible ocean views were a highlight, constantly entertaining with the ever-changing weather. The space is both homely and awe-inspiring, offering a sense of privacy and quiet that is hard to find. Every detail has been carefully considered, including the stunning photos on the walls that elicit curiosity and wonder. Maz and Graham have also created beautiful photo books that detail nearby walks, the surrounding area, and even the building itself. These added a personal and creative touch to our stay and deepened our appreciation for this remarkable place. We are so grateful for this unforgettable experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, inspiring getaway.
