You probably want to avoid this hotel unless you enjoy paying a ridiculously high price for a dirty hotel room. Service was just average and sheets had stains on them. Turned down the bed to go to sleep and found a big yellow stain on the bed and sheets in general just looked old and dingy.

The price of this room was ridiculous at $169 on a Monday. No Veteran or Senior discount provided. We had a room reserved at the Comfort Inn across the street, but when we arrived the elevator was broken. We were in Payson for the 250th Marine Corps Ball and my husband is a disabled Veteran so stairs were out of the question. Front desk, Tony, at Comfort Inn, was very rude. Like we were supposed to accept the fact their elevators were broken. He should have called his customers to advise.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast choices were adequate. Loved the location. Close to everything!

Friendly staff, clean room and a good nights sleep. The mini fridge was noisy. Close to several restaurants. I would stay here again.

Good place to stay if you are in the area and need to stop. It's only just off the main highway so has easy access. Staff were friendly and prices were very reasonable. There are a few restaurants within walking distance if you need them. Breakfast was free and one of the better one's on the trip.

Good clean hotel with great staff. Located close to a grocery store and restaurants. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again.

We requested a second floor room and it was very nice and mostly clean. Comfy beds. AC worked great, fridge was ice cold. Great breakfast, good hot and cold options. We didn't swim but the pool looked so inviting. Elevator felt sketchy but it worked.

The front desk host was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. But the free breakfast was the best. It was well appointed and delicious!
