While this property has a great location, and is cleaner/ more modern than Four Seasons, it's not worth the 450USD a night. Better to spend 100-150 at any one of the 3 star hotel chains which are likely at par, or better in terms of value for money.

On a cross country trip and was lured to Ozark Lake for first time because of tv show. It’s nothing like the tv show. Found this hotel on Trip Advisor and I enjoyed the one night stay. Rooms are big if you had your family with you. Small kitchenette would come in handy. Pool was nice as well as swim up bar. Don’t think I’d go back to Ozarks but for my one night this place was very good.

Terrible experience. We had booked a 2 night stay and left at 10pm the 2nd night when the live band started. They played the night before until 1am. So loud and ridiculous! At least have a disclaimer that says your hotel is connected to a bar that has loud rock bands playing until 1 am that hotel guests can hear and not get any sleep.

Hotel was overall clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the lakeside pool and our room was very nice.

We come here often, we have a lake house, we try and come to the pool area, swim up a bar. It’s always remarkable to me , that the employees don’t care, close the bar early; Dan don’t work on increasing client engagement. The atmosphere would be great at the lake. It’s at the 6 1/2 mile marker. The bar staff around the bar use any excuse to immediately shut down the bar .
