Property Description
The spacious living and dining room and the kitchen are on the ground floor of the house. The two bedrooms are on the floor above. The house is located a few steps from the shore of Lake Beetz, in a settlement belonging to the 800 year old village of Päwesin. Päwesin is a place with about 600 inhabitants in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district, right on the border with Havelland, surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surrounding area therefore invites both to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape and to trips to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities. A varied beach holiday can also be spent very well at the Beetzsee. The house was built in 2010 on the site of a historic house that is no longer available. Both from the living room on the ground floor and from the larger of the two bedrooms on the first floor you have panoramic views of a small foothill of the lake surrounded by trees and bushes, to which the property borders. In the spacious garden that runs around the entire house, you can sit on the grass or on the terrace under an umbrella and are completely on your own. Your children can play in the sandpit or bolt on the lawn. In addition to the guests of neighboring apartments and some residents, you are only surrounded by smaller and larger birds, including many white storks, by game and rodents. The interior is a very special combination of beautiful, old individual pieces and modern furniture. In the kitchen you will find high quality and extensive equipment. Information on the history of the place and excursions are available. Internet reception is via WLAN. A high chair and a travel cot are available for smaller children. In addition to the large living and dining area and the kitchen, one of the two bathrooms is on the ground floor. This also houses the washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another bathroom with a bathtub in addition to the two bedrooms. In the large double bedroom you will find plenty of space to read, write and relax in addition to sleeping, while looking out at the lake. Sloping roofs (with plenty of freedom of movement) create a rustic atmosphere. The bed is equipped with two single mattresses. In the smaller bedroom there are two single beds placed side by side .. The washing machine is housed in an utility room in the garden shed, next to the carport. There are many natural bathing areas and sandy beaches that are not overcrowded, but still offer surfboard, paddleboard and sailboat rentals or a café. The in-house rowing boat is not only popular for anglers, but also for families and actually for all guests who want to explore the shore landscape from the lake side. Since the Beetzsee is part of a longer chain of lakes, the rowing possibilities are almost unlimited. You are welcome to use the life jackets for adults and children. The small town center of Päwesin with its small baroque church is a short walk or 5 minutes away by car. The bakery of the Buddhist monastery “Backwahn”, which has been located there since 2003, with the small café, right next to the church, has become a major attraction of the village. Many visitors swear by the cake, but the trip to the bakery is also worthwhile for morning rolls. Brandenburg an der Havel can be reached by car in 20 minutes. There you can visit several museums, churches and a monastery (architectural monument) renovated in the nineties, which all tell a lot about the history of the city. The swimming pool with indoor and outdoor areas, bathing area and sauna is a good starting point not only in bad weather. There is a larger selection of restaurants and cafés as well as small shops and supermarkets. In recent years, numerous bike paths have been created in Havelland, which invite you to take long tours on well-paved paths in beautiful nature. If you don't have your own bikes, you can rent mountain bikes nearby or touring bikes or e-bikes in Ketzin, Nauen or Brandenburg. Information about the dense network of charging stations for e-bikes can be found on the Internet. If you want to travel with several families or friends, you can also rent our other two holiday homes: The 'Seepavillon' with panoramic views for 2 people and the semi-detached house 'Watvogel' for 4-6 people are 30 meters away.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 1 total.Garten ist umzäunt.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 5.

Die hochwertige Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht.Der See direkt vor der Tür mit kleinem Steg und Booten bietet Angelmöglichkeiten. Der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen!Wir kommen gern noch einmal vorbei.

Schönes, großzügiges Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage.
