Really clean and spacious room. AC needs servicing and cannot cool well enough during daytime. They gave us a room on 4th floor (they do not have an elevator) citing that they did not have any available rooms on the lower floors; but from what I saw the property was mostly empty. Overall a really good place for the price

The room is spacious, it has windows and a balcony for good natural sunlight. Also the place isn't far from Walking Street

Selina palace is really nice and in budget not too expensive. And the staff is great and the room cleaning is beautiful. Everyone should visit at least once.

Serves is very good and clean, outside very clean , staff wonderful. I recommend this hotel to people because the locutions very good. What missing Sweming pool but for the price you pay more then good enough.

The place was near the center and all amenities around and not far from entertainment and restaurants. Staff helpful.

Wifi was so bad. Service was not good. Too far from the beach.

They don’t have any elevators as well as no hair dryer, no slippers to wear in room or no napkins too.. The room have quite old fashioned furniture and tv was from back in 80’s.. My wifi isn’t working and refrigerator also was broken.. The only positive thing is that they let me early check in at around 11 as I arrived early.. Those who wants to visit pattaya beach or walking street it’s better not to book here as it’s far from the beach.. Grab bike takes 30bath to go from there and though the walking distance is around 20 minutes however due to the extreme hot you won’t be able to walk for long.. Thank you

Hotel and room is ok. Nothing special. Room with old type of furniture, room light not much bright, need to be fix / replace. Overall nice room and location is also ok.
