Excellent! One of the best hotels I've been to. Inside it's like a city of the future from the movies. Our room had access to the pool and it's very convenient! Delicious breakfasts, we also had dinner and a choice of menu for dinner. I highly recommend it. We'll come again! Yes, it's a bit far from the center, but we weren't interested in that, we had a great time at the hotel. 5 minutes and there's a 7/11 if you need anything, you can buy it.

It was a hellish stay. If you're up for some hardship, stay in Emerald Pool Room 230. It was excruciating, utterly excruciating.
1. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, measuring around 70 decibels on my phone at 1:00 AM. Just imagine! From check-in to check-out, as long as the air conditioner was on, it felt like a vacuum cleaner/washer/dryer was constantly running overhead. Even earplugs couldn't help. It was truly excruciating.
2. The room's soundproofing was extremely poor. The balcony faced a public road through a wall. At night, the clatter of motorcycles and barking dogs mingled, creating a symphony of sounds. I'm sorry I've never slept on the street before; perhaps I'll get used to it afterward.
3. During check-in, we had to wait for the shuttle bus during check-out peak. We ended up waiting at the front desk for 40 minutes. We checked with the front desk if we could walk there, but they said it was far and suggested we wait there. But we ended up walking there in just 4 minutes. Aside from the 40-minute wait for the shuttle upon check-in, I never used it again.
Having experienced red-eye flights before, I finally experienced a red-eye hotel this time. The irony was that I had originally booked a room in the suburbs, expecting it to be quiet, but ended up staying in one of the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in.
The only positive thing about the hotel was that the staff were incredibly nice.

This villa is the most thoughtfully designed of any I've ever stayed in. From the lobby to the rooms, the hotel exudes design. The facilities are also excellent. In addition to the pool, there's a hot spring, and you can even rent an E-scooter to zip around the hotel. The pool also has more amenities than other hotels, including paddleboards and various floating toys. For a few hundred baht extra, you can even borrow a snorkel for a refreshing swim! The only downside is that it's a bit far from the beach; a Grab ride takes about 15 minutes, but at around 100 baht, it's still very convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the city center, so you can choose from a variety of options.
