One of our favorite hotel in Pattaya. Our kids really enjoyed THE WAVE. Room is spacious and clean.

The pool was clean, not crowded on the day I visited, and the staff provided good service.

Very disappointing – the service ruined our vacation Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff provided some of the worst service we’ve ever encountered. They showed no willingness to assist or even listen to our requests, no matter how politely we approached them. We asked for an extra blanket for our baby because the one provided was too small — they demanded an additional 300 THB, which felt unreasonable and inflexible. Basic things like wall hooks were missing in the room, and many of the amenities were either not working properly or uncomfortable to use. The dining experience was also poor — unkind staff, slow service, and food that did not meet the expected standards for a hotel in this price range. The location is another issue — the hotel is far from everything, and after 7 PM, it’s nearly impossible to go anywhere by foot. The one and only positive point: the swimming pool was excellent, and our daughters really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, choosing this hotel significantly damaged our overall experience in Pattaya. We will not return and definitely do not recommend it.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. As others mentioned there were so many kids as the wave pool caterers to children. Although they have several lifts, but always long wait and amenities were quite old. Location is not close to Pattaya main area, so it’s more suitable for locals with own vehicles. The hotel provided shuttle bus, however, the timetable could have been better for foreigners to go to the city if we want to have lunch and dinner. Overall, it’s okay for family with car and mainly there for staycation but a bit outskirt for foreigners if also want to visit around Pattaya.

The room hotel is nice but there's a lot of people and children come to play the water park so noisy the elevator it's not working and slow

Center Point Prime Hotel Is One Of The Options When it comes to Family Stay in Patttaya, Staff were polite, approachable. Suite is highly recommended when travelling with 3 to 4 "Slim" Family Member Not so sure if they provided connecting rooms. Hotel also provide amenities for Family.. Pool Wave is Fantastic.. Breafast Buffet has Variety of Food and area is spacious. They also got parking space if travelling with own cars. FYI. Complementary Water Bottle has Max 2 each day so might as well buy when touch to city. Lastly the Hotel Provide Shuttle going to Terminal 21 Time table start at 12pm as i remember 15 to 25mins heading to Jomtien Beach by car. All In All Still Recommendable to Family and Friends

Good View from the top and warm staff. Just a little bit far from beach but have shuttle van to the beach. Overall is great.

I used it with friends and family. They gave us a room facing each other and we had a great time. The pool was not too big but well stocked, and it was great to be able to keep an eye on the kids. We enjoyed the wave pool with waves every 15 minutes.

Lovely for family and kid facilities was great. We should come again for sure.

The hotel was a surprise from always going to Courtyard Hotel. The family amenities and pool activities are very good. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable, and the king-size bed was also great.

I recently stayed at the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and sleek design. The lobby was spacious and stylish, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were good. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring Pattaya. It also provides free shuttle bus services to Terminal 21, Beach, and Central Festival which you can book the trip and the retuning trip from the concierge. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a huge selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was perfect.

Century Point Prime Hotel lives up to its reputation as being a child-friendly hotel. The facilities offered allow for the entire family to enjoy a full day at the hotel without needing to leave the premises. The wave pool was our favourite! The hotel is in a less desirable location, quite far from the beach but the hotel's complimentary shuttle service made it easy to travel to the beach - note that the shuttle service needs to be booked in advance and only departs at certain times. The staff were extremely friendly and lived up to the Thai reputation of always smiling. I would recommend booking with the buffet breakfast. A wide variety of delicious and fresh foods were prepared.
