"Great location, BUT...We had a triple room, which consisted of one double and one single bed. There was no room to lay our suitcases, which were carry-on size, other than in between the beds-great for falling over anytime you wanted to move about the room. Absolutely not remotely like the picture. This was, by far, the tightest room I have ever had. It was probably a double room and they just squeezed in another bed. It was suitable for only 1 double bed, no more. They did have one of those open type stools for laying a suitcase on, but there was no room to put it up. Talking about small - one of our friends weighed 45 kilos and she was too big for the shower. We stayed for 3 nights and in spite of asking for clean towels, only the single bed was made and given fresh towels. There was no restaurant on the premises but there was a breakfast hall with a decent breakfast. There was a bar with a piano, but it was not used while we were there. Being there over New Years, I expected for something to be happening, but there was nothing. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place. The receptionist, however, was an absolute sweetheart; she was the nicest thing about the hotel, other than the location."

"The hotel is right by the sea, making it easy to find. There's a dedicated parking lot right next to the hotel for €25 per day. After checking in, the front desk will help you open the door and park with a remote control. The rooms are nice and well-equipped. The rooftop restaurant with a beautiful terrace is especially worth mentioning, where you can enjoy coffee and drinks while gazing at the sea view. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there, enjoying the view and the delicious food."

"It's a bit of an old building and about 6km from the center of Patras. But the location is good enough to have a private beach and the sunset is beautiful. And they were so kind that they called at 11pm and refunded me the tax they charged me. ^^ Thanks to the staff who prepared breakfast, I was able to get a tour of Patras and participate in the Halloween festival. Thank you."
