Needs to be more clean and breakfast should be more entertaining and house keeping services should be need to improve a bit as they didn't provide tooth paste brush and coffee packs in room tho we checked in by 4 pm , this seriously needs to be improved alot

Room was average but there was a problem in Hot water, even after complain they didn't correct it or didn't change my room. Breakfast option is very spurs. Served Paratha without card and the serving was cold.

Location is ok, but the main thing is the behaviour of their staff. They are having very rude and rigid behaviour towards their customers. They must have to work on that.

Service was awful and the staff makes you feel like an unwanted guest. In three days of stay i had to ask for water bottles for several times before it reached my rooms

Normal stay, 1. Food quality was not good. 2. Intercom system was not working properly. 3. Taking too much time for food. 4. They take an hour for cold drinks. 5. Room was not cleaned.
