"It was an excellent stay. The room (room 11) was gorgeous with two large beds that could fit 2 people each. Ankit took special care of the family. It was value for money. Clean and perfect services. Wifi, room service and great breakfast spread. :)"

"At first they provided me a room where lights were flickering and water was leaking in bathroom. They said that they will get the lights changed and send a plumber. But after waiting for long time, around an hour, I requested to change my room. They assigned a better room then. I had similar experience earlier in another hotel in Chandigarh that they first provide you a room in bad condition, only when you complain about it the room is changed. This is wrong trend."

"Ran Baas was truly a magnificent experience for me. From the sheer grandeur of the refurbished property - to the attention to detail of the interior designer, the motifs on the wall, the room locks, the floors, the fabrics, the ceilings, the upholstery - the crockery, the table linen : the music that plays through the day and the evening in the courtyard, the live flutist at breakfast, the singers at dinner ....the list goes one ......everything was just perfectly put together. But the icing on the cake was the staff - the attentiveness and the quiet confidence with which they get everything done both behind the scenes - and alongside is phenomenal. We had a 'butler' assigned to our room - he left no stone unturned - made sure his team was always available - on whatsapp, on the phone , by your side! EXTRA special mentions to the young *** Mishal Patel - who was JUST BEYOND FANTASTIC and to Nihal Kumar Gupta our Butler - who was just AMAZING at making sure we were well looked after. All the staff - Sudipto at the Neel, with Saswati and Jasmeen Chef Palvinder, Mahir and Sourav - always attentive. And the rest of the team - Arbind, Anjali, Arpit ,Vipin, Ravi , Ekum .....just all JUST SO GOOD We hosted an invite only boutique conference - and I feel sad I had to work on the property and didnt spend enough time using the facilites and the room :) My room was just fabulous - for me the look and feel just sets the tone - and Ran Baas really sets it in style. Excellent output by Mr Manmeet Singh - I feel privileged to have been hosted with his level of hospitality. If you are looking to host a wedding - where aesthetic and class is your focus - this is it. If you are looking to host friends or family not from India - this property will give them an insight to the royal glamour our country offers. Highly recommend - go visit."

"Rooms were average as four star. However bad experience for laundry, hotel provides laundry with washing and damage few apparel. "
