Location: The place is a bit deep in a backstreet but walkable, about 20 minutes' walk to Poonsap market and off the beaten path for more privacy. Also has a very good location.

There are bedbugs in the room, and if something is wrong, they won't refund the money, I don't recommend this hotel.

Clean, well-equipped and well-furnished room.
The furniture is not that of a grand hotel, but it is good.
There is a very large television and free wifi in the room.
There is a sink on the balcony and a mini fridge in the room.
The air conditioning is very convenient.
Cleaning and changing towels are not done regularly every day, there is no rule, it is not clear, but they are done on request.
The staff is very kind, but unfortunately there is no one who speaks a minimum of English.
To explain yourself it is a must to have the translator app on your phone.
Excellent quality/price.
Overall I found it very good.
