Staff couldn't have been more helpful but moving rooms at midnight because the air con tripped out in room 109 meant a move to room 107 at midnight. Unfortunately there was a teenage disco which went on until 2 am next door and the traffic noise was horrendous. The following morning we asked for another room move and went to room 110. They at first said that they didn't have any other rooms available but one suddenly became available when we said we would complain to our tour operator.... On the second night we had a glass of Asti from the mini bar - it was a little warm in the fridge but had rotted in the bottle. Hardly surprising as it had a "best before date" of 1st August 2013! Pointed this out to the receptionist who said I had to pay half price as the product was off!!! They also added 1 Euro per person local tax which had to be paid in cash... Be Warned......................They advertise a new fitness centre on a special notice in reception which was actually a broken and dangerous spin bike in the corridor... Basil Fawlty would be proud of the customer complaints department

the hotel is rated 3 star - the breakfast is very poor and doesn't vary at all, dinner is even worse. Little better than a greasy spoon café - the staff aren't friendly either. Treyn are aware of all this but still are sending trips there

This hotel was unbelievably bad - very few staff, food was disgusting - I have never had such low standard of food and service anywhere in Italy - it was insulting to have been booked into this hotel. We were only allowed on to the jetty to sit and view the lake on one occasion after a special request to the hotel staff !!! The bar was closed at aprox 9.30 p.m. each night. We ate out quite a lot due to the poor food and service. Very disappointing Treyn.

We travelled with Treyn. The hotel is in a good position but can be noisy. The food was terrible: breakfast was tinned fruit and inedible bread rolls; dinner choices for our group were repetitive, bland and boring whereas independent travellers had a good menu to choose from. We had to rearrange the room furniture to make room for our suitcases. A hotel to avoid.

Room with a view! Very nice! Contrary to some other reviews, our room was nicely clean nd the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was very generous and tasty with a very attentive and friendly server.
Strolled around and found a wonderful gourmet restaurant nearby on the main road with a view of the lake.
Only drawback was, being a Friday night, the nearby outdoor bar was a little loud until around midnight.

It was a very nice hotel, very good located directly by the lake but in the town anyway. I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I booked view towards the town but changed the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Staff very helpful and nice. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.
