The hotel is in a very central location and the service is really excellent. It is right on the lake and has its own spacious pool.

Hotel lidò sicuramente non da 4 stelle ma a essere generosi da 3. Stanze, anche quelle non ristrutturate sporche, ragnatele sparse qua e là...peccato perché il posto è bello proprio in riva al lago. Considerando i costi a notte non è giusto offrire stanza così....Colazione nella norma. Ottimo il caffè e il cappuccino che considerando che non dal bar e buono.....

bello, dai. Bella la zona vicino ai traghetti che portano nelle varie isolette.. Siamo andato il giorno prima di un evento e quindi era un po' caotico. Bella la piscinaa fuori dal contesto ma a pochi metri anche epr il lagho non è idoneo ai bagni

Sono stata in questa struttura per 4 giorni. Bell'hotel con camere nuove e ben arredate. Vista sul lago stupenda. Colazione varia e ottima. Piscina con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione e chiosco ristoro legato al ristorante per i pranzi a bordo piscina. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Un po' di noia perché il luogo, oltre al giro del lago con visita all'isola Maggiore e dintorni in traghetto non offre molto altro. Presumo che in coppia si stia meglio

It was a very nice hotel, very good located directly by the lake but in the town anyway. I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I booked view towards the town but changed the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Staff very helpful and nice. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.

Prezzi della stanza troppo alti per ciò che viene offerto in quanto abbastanza piccola (in particolare il bagno, scomodo). Viene applicato supplemento notevole a notte per il cane... Pur se piccolo. Servizio di pulizia della stanza arrivato dopo pranzo. Cena (mezza pensione) prenotata in largo anticipo per email. La sera stessa ci viene comunicato che non è possibile farla al prezzo pattuito, in quanto ci viene detto che questa doveva essere concordata la sera prima (non specificato nella mail); bisogna scegliere i piatti seguendo il menù alla carta.

Posizione incantevole sul Trasimeno, trascorsa una sola notte, camera abbastanza confortevole ma non insonorizzata, minibar praticamente vuoto, manca il bollitore con tisane (in altre regioni un 4 stelle ha sempre il bollitore con tisane). Qualtà della cena accettabile, senza eccessi.; colazione valida con prodotti dolci e salati.

Albergo bello e in posizione eccellente proprio sul lago, ottima anche per vedere la parte lacustre del multiforme Palio delle Barche. Peccato per la presenza al tramonto di nugoli di insetti (innocui) che disturbano la cena sul molo e rendono pribitivo aprire il balcone.

Ho trovato la camera, con tanta polvere, il bagno piccolo, e il letto veniva rifatto alla buona, il lenzuolo copri materasso non era tirato e rimesso bene. Un cuscino era appoggiato sul ripostiglio senza custodia e insieme alla polvere.
