O hotel estava de frente para o lago com vista é muito bonito ao amanhecer, mas este é o único ponto positivo o resto bem ruim, checkin não havia ninguém na recepção tivemos de usar o interfone algumas vezes até alguém vir atender sem muita vontade. Café da manhã ruim apenas um café feito na hora ao menos mas o resto na máquina frio é ruim e com opções bem regulares de comida. Quarto antigo com cama não muito confortável, não voltaremos, apenas o custo abaixo mas é possível achar algo próximo do preço e melhor.

The strong point is certainly the magnificent location overlooking the lake and the price, but despite the friendliness of the owner there were unforgivable shortcomings. There are normal radiators in the rooms which are turned off at night and in the morning the room and bathroom are freezing as there is no air conditioning. In the bathroom there is no recirculation and suction of air, so it suffocates. At the request for face towels we twice received the white shower mat which according to the owner should be used for the face. There are no toiletries, even small ones, in the bathroom but two old and used soap dishes. The double bed was very badly made, I had to make it again three times in the night with three old and heavy tyres, absurd. The cold breakfast room in the morning without heating presents a poor and not very clean buffet, I repeat it is December 8th with 5 degrees outside and therefore cold. Rooms not soundproofed, you can hear people snoring at night. Worse than that, I don't know if you know what I mean

Stanza tripla senza bidet, un giorno si sono dimenticati di rifarla, la prima sera a cena, c'era un gruppo di ragazzini della scuola elementare in gita, ci hanno portato della pasta ai funghi, funghi secchi e messi nel sugo senza lavarli infatti la pasta si sentiva il terreno in bocca, la cotoletta e l'hamburger erano quelle surgelate che vendono al discount e il dolce ci disse torta al limone, fetta di prestofatto con succo di limone sopra, la colazione ci stava solo dolce, niente di salato, per le bevande calde ci stava la macchinetta, io mi sono preso il caffè ed era imbevibile, mia moglie e mia figlia hanno preso il cappuccino e hanno constatato che il latte era diluito con acqua, compreso quello freddo, partiti la scolaresca è migliorato ma non troppo, tanto da farci desistere la terza sera a cenare in albergo. Alla partenza sono andato a saldare il conto, avendo un cofanetto Smartbox per due persone, il terzo letto e le due cene per mia figlia e una notte per la tripla, alla reception non ci stava la titolare e non era pronto il conto, contattata mi diceva la somma e se volevo la ricevuta l'avrebbe inviata via email, mai arrivata. Conclusioni, se volete andare a questo albergo, informatevi se ci sta qualche gita scolastica, se si cambiate idea, ma non per la scolaresca ma per loro.
