Beautiful destination, the staff was very kind and helpful, rooms were spacious, especially the bathrooms. Lots of activities provided by the resort such as yoga classes or club parties. The food was delicious and the diner has a beautiful ocean view.

Fantastisch Resort aan de Oostkust van Sri Lanka. De staff is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kelner aan het strand, Robinson, is heel vriendelijk en maakte onze avond heel aangenaam. Kamers waren tiptop in orde en proper. Het eten was lekker en varieerde elke dag. Bedankt!

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten im September wunderschöne 6 Tage im Maalu Maalu Resort. Wir haben es von Anfang bis Ende sehr genossen. Wir schätzten die schönen und grossen Zimmer und Badezimmer, der geniale Pool und der wunderschöne ruhige Strand. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr netten Mitarbeitenden, egal in welcher Funktion. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig mit ausnahmslos leckeren Speisen. Wir haben Nachtessen im a la carte Restaurant am Strand genossen, auch dort alles in bester Qualität. Der Aufenthalt im Maalu Maalu Resort war der perfekte Abschluss einer tollen dreiwöchigen Sri Lanka Reise. Wir können diesen Resort ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen und werden wieder an diesen schönen Ort mit seinen netten Leuten zurückkehren.

This place is amazing and the perfect spot for a honeymoon destination or a relaxing calm getaway. The food and the service are absolutely outstanding. I can only highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit Sri Lanka. The view is most definitely unforgettable, will definitely visit again

This hotels staff and management were so attentive and friendly. My husband celebrated a significant birthday while we were here and they went out of their way to make it special. The pool and beach are magnificent and facilities as well 2 restaurants on site, one serving fresh seafood with the biggest prawns I've ever seen! The spa has an ayervedic doctor on site and massage was fab. Highly recommend staying here especially at this time as we often had the beach to ourselves

We went there three days and had an amazing time. The days we enjoyed the beach, swimming pool and the drinks at the bar. We also dit a dinner at the beach. It is a great place to relax when you are on a trip trough Sri Lanka. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Simply the best. The venue is gorgeous, clean and just perfect beach and infinity pool. Rooms excellent but what makes this place is the staff. All of them are courteous, polite and get the job done. Ashok Kumar has trained them well. The food was incredible in variety and quality. We used the spa and I have to say Asanga gave the best massage ever. Relaxing and sorted all the knots. Probably because he has a physio background. Well worth the money which actually was very reasonable for the experience. Lots and lots to do locally from wild life, ancient monuments to besch fun, boat rides and watersports. We will be back!
