There are clogged showers in rooms 826 and 827 that require immediate attention to prevent water backup and maintain usability. The current doors in the comfort rooms (CR) are too large, making them inconvenient for the space; installing sliding doors would significantly improve accessibility and functionality in these areas.

The staff are very accommodating. Cell signal is a challenge tho in the ground floor but they offer wifi connection if your booking for a ride. Rooms are clean. I love the automatic curtains they have. Their Lobby is located on the second floor, I was lost at first when locating it. LOL. Food were decent as well on their breakfast buffet.

We had a good sleep after shopping at SM MOA, which is near at the hotel not walking distance though. The buffet breakfast is great, a lot of option.

Mabango ang hotel at malinis. Ang mga staff in general ay sobrang maasikaso at palabati sa guest. It feels like your second home. I tried all privelege and services. Its simplicity makes it comfortable. Perfect for staycation.

Our stay in Lime Hotel Manila was truly amazing! I love the smooth check in and check out! The front desk and staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Requests are well attended and are given priority. I appreciate the overall cleanliness of the rooms and hotel amenities. The buffet was awesome! I will definitely come back and stay again soon.

I recently stayed at Lime Hotel Manila and booked the Deluxe Twin room with a Seascape View. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The cleanliness of the room was impressive—the linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. The location is another major highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and great views of Manila Bay, especially from the seascape-facing rooms.
However, there is room for improvement in terms of staff service. While the team was generally polite, I felt the service could be more engaging and welcoming. A little more warmth and attentiveness would have enhanced the overall guest experience.
Despite that, Lime Hotel Manila offers great value, especially for travelers looking for clean, comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. The seascape view alone makes it worth considering.

Overall we had so much fun at Lime hotel. The room is the highlight of the trip. Very comfortable and cozy. The major issue we had was the lift. First it is too small and slow. Then we also got stuck for 30 minutes inside lift. The food during breakfast buffet is too salty for my taste in my opinion. Specifically the pork tapa they served. I still would recommend Lime though because of its convenience.
