Favila Condotel - Palm Tree Two

Walking distance lang sa airport NAIA T3. If you are a traveller then I recommend here.

It's convenient for us Because we have the earliest flight so we can just take a rest for awhile and voila airport is just walk in distance

Excellent location to Terminal 3, 12 mins walk only.

For the price this apartment is great. What you need and no fuss. Only issue I had was the very poor to non existent internet, something I requested to have functional to help with work in the evening, and the refrigerator smelled terribly. Advice to people keeping a refrigerator off for long periods, keep the door open to air out the inside, and if someone is coming to the apartment turn the ref on a few hours before they arrive. Can't complain too much though as all I needed was somewhere to stay until my flight the next day.

The host is accommodating however i booked on palm tree villas 2 but was transferred to other location. Room wifi is not working but the room is clean and prepared.

I always book here because its near from terminal 3 .. and because the people own this very polite and helpful..
