We changed the room to a better one for free, but the rooms are noisy, there is a highway nearby, the air conditioner is too loud, we turned it off, it was very hot.

Great location, so comfortable for the one night rest in Manila before the trip, safety area , stores and 5 minutes to terminal 3

Room was facing a very busy street with loud road noise (motorcycles, sirens, large trucks) all night. Bathroom had a water leak on the bidet hose and hot water was sporadic. Water pressure the shower was very poor. And there were bugs in the kitchen utensil drawer.
