Henry's Newport Deluxe Condotel

The place was very clean and spacious, we really enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Henry’s Condotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to key attractions and easily accessible. What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff, who made sure I had everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the condotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect home away from home. I would highly recommend Henry’s Condotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Some lightbulbs need replacement, dining tables and chairs are wobbly and dangerous to sit on, room needs paint touch-up

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, because we wanted to stay close to the airport. First it was quite difficult to find this hotel, you do not see the name of the hotel on doors/windows. We entered a lobby to ask if this was the right place, luckily it was, but it took us 20 minutes to figure it out. The room itself was okay, what you see on the pictures online is what you get, a standard room with the regular facilities, do not expect something luxury. We wanted to book an extra night, because our flight changed, it was very difficult to arrange this. In the evening I called the reception and they said someone will come the next morning at 11 am. We waited until 11.30 am and still no one has arrived, so I called again, someone showed up at 12 pm who could barely speak English. We needed to pay the extra night in cash, which was way more expensive than online. She said she would come back with the change, but did not show up for half an hour. When I looked in the hallway she continued with cleaning the rooms, while I was waiting for my change. I am very disappointed with their service...
