I liked:
- the location
- the reception
- the helpfulness of lady looking after the flat
- the view from flat
I did not like:
- the flat is fairly outdated, regular maintenance and desire for quality of room would be expected
- the bed was damaged and affected the comfort
- the TV had suspicious blue shade on screen
- no coffee and tea in this price range, more value for money, please.

We booked 2rooms. Location is good, but one air con room 5s is not working. Also in 5s you are not allowed to use the stove top because owner don’t want is what the lady said. Maybe additional charge. There is no fitness room even though it says there is. Check in starts at 2 pm and takes about 30 to 45 minutes. So expect to have room around 3 pm. I will start my checkout around 12 so it will take me 30 minutes to get out. 200 per hour if you want early check in. Best to book night before if arrived early. Roach in bathroom. One big one 2 baby. Room can be cleaner. If they offer free welcome drink, you have to beg for it. Safe building, good location but ya that’s all I have.

Really nice room clean high floor good view safe area and friendly staff bed was a broken hope it can be fixed soon but we enjoyed our stay a lot

i thought it was good but here's the thing
the room is not clean
there's a lot of cockcroach
we don't have television
we don't have compliment slippers
And 300Php for 10hrs parking 😂
i don't recommend this again !!!

The place is 10 minute walk to runway Manila. There are so many restaurants and stores nearby. It is great for overnight stay for those who has layovers. There are basic needs such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc provided. The AC works well.

The best stay in condotel for solo travelers awaiting for closed-in flights or taxing layover. Located just in front of NAIA T3, a 10-minute walk through the run way. Peaceful and comfortable place to stay.
