Booked a last minute room but was able to check in within 1 hour. It’s an apartment in a posh building but the room was more like a homestay. Basic bedding with kitchen amenities. Towel was unable to fully dry me though and I couldn’t get any hot water running. Aircon was strong. I couldn’t connect to the wifi. Map on the app was wrong so I was a bit confused getting to the property.

It was okay. Budget friendly. Some issues with getting thru the lobby up to our room (specially if there's more than 3 persons staying in the room). The attending staff were nice and helpful. 15 to 20 mins walk to the footbridge leading to the Terminal 3.

We did not have a chance to stay because they said they overbooked us but we already paid way in advance And the frontdesk said they cannot help us because we book here at trip.com and its a 3rd party so we have to call the number in this site. Because of that we have to look for a different place to stay. We asked for the 3rd party to refund us. Good thing my husband came early to check in. If it is night time and no other place to book it will be very very terrible.

Perfect location if you are traveling and need a place to stay near the airport. The staff were very accommodating and able to help us locate the building. However, things to note for improvement;
(1) The grab driver dropped us at the wrong location. We had to navigate and find Favilia for about 10-15 minutes. (2) Security guards didn't have an idea either where the building was located and kept passing us to another person to ask.
(3) Favilia staff or agents should add landmarks or provide/communicate clear directions for a smooth check-in and navigation.

It is a condo unit with small kitchen. Good location with private room. But found more than 10 small cockroaches during my 2 days stay. Mostly found in Toilet, likely coming from the ventilation hole in the toilet.
