RedDoorz @ Najar Residences near NAIA Terminal

What I liked: - the size of room - cleanliness - the Aircon was working well - helpfulness of staff at reception - being greeted for Najar Residences 1 year anniversary I didn't like: - the TV was non-functional YouTube has blocked always - no mugs in room to make a coffee in the morning. Overall my stay was good!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived around midnight, which was understandable given our travel schedule. However, early the next morning at 5:00 am, we were disturbed when someone knocked on our door to check our room. We felt this was unnecessary and inconsiderate, especially since it was not an urgent matter. It would have been much more appropriate to conduct such checks at a reasonable hour, like 7 or 8 am. This disturbance really affected our sleep and overall impression. We hope the hotel management reconsiders their policies on early morning checks to ensure a better guest experience.

LOCATION: Positive: It’s fairly close to NAIA, which is convenient. Negative: The hotel is located inside a village, so you'll have to pass through several residential houses before you get there. For your safety, avoid walking around at night. P.S. If you plan to travel around Pasay, I highly suggest booking a motorcycle via Move It or JoyRide — they’re usually more affordable. FOOD: There’s no food served at the hotel, but you can easily order online through Grab. There are also food options just outside the village. You can walk there, but if you feel unsafe, it’s best to stick with online delivery. ROOM & PRICE: The room is really spacious and budget-friendly. I had a great stay! Just note that the TV only has YouTube — you won’t be able to watch Netflix, Disney+, or even local channels due to lack of signal. STAFF: I think the staff might be introverts like me? Hehe. But they’re approachable! If you have any concerns, just give them a call — they’re always willing to help. OVERALL: It’s a decent and budget-friendly place to stay. As a solo traveler, I was really satisfied with their accommodation and service. Also, wifi is working but it's a bit slow sometimes.

The place is incomplete, the toilet seat was on the floor when I arrived and there was no shower curtain. The airconditionaire is nice and cold; the sheets are clean, i am just disappointed by the lack of furniture- no mirrors, no tv, no table. The upside of this property is that the people are kind and the room is very clean and smells good.

The best affordable place to stay near airport. Staff are very accomodating, room is very wide, very spacious, very comfortable and clean beddings, amenities are complete too. Very affordable also. I highly recommend.
