Nice new hotel with room that looks comfortable. The bad experiences started with checking in. Booked a king room but was assigned a twin room, have to wait like 20mins for them to arrange the correct room for me. Seem like I was given a subpar room with faulty lights that wouldn't go off even when you off the main switch. Greatly affected my rest. Aircon were noisy, the water pressure in the shower is very weak. I'm not sure what else to expect in the next few days. Calls to the front desk, operators went unanswer or engaged. Cleaning/room mark up service was poor, make up room light was on. Out the whole day and when I got back in the evening the room still hasn't been mark up.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at The Lanson Place Manila. The staffs were accommodating and the ambiance and amenities of the hotel were really impeccable. The hotel was located at the center of Pasay and it is very accessible to a lot of food establishments and mall.

I highly recommend Lansons Place because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

Locates in the best location in Manila. Near one of the largest mall in Asia. Staffs are polite and helpful. Will definitely come back again.
