Staying at Neo Solo has become our habit, but the last 3 times we stayed there were shortcomings in the cleanliness of the closet and towels that were no longer suitable for use.
Have conveyed it to the receptionist but only as a report, no action was taken to replace the towels with the color and suitability.
Last time I stayed 2 nights, the first day was a report but still no cleaning action.
Hopefully Neo Solo can return to being a hotel like before
