They say nothing is perfect, but this hotel came close! We received a friendly greeting upon entering the lobby, the check-in process was effortless, and although they didn’t have adjoining rooms they ensured that the second room was mere feet away. They allowed us to check-in a bit early into one room and called within 30 mins to inform us that the second room was ready. They also provided the cooktops so that we could make hot meals for our families. Everyone we encountered was very accommodating from the breakfast staff to housekeeping. Hot breakfast was a plus. The only drawback was that the ice machine was inoperable on our floor so we had to venture down to the first floor to retrieve ice.
The rooms were clean, modern, large and definitely accommodated a family of 5 (2 rooms for total of 10 guests). Many restaurants and plenty of shopping is minutes away, but nothing that shares the same street as the hotel although there is a McDonald’s across the highway inside a gas station. I think not being surrounded by eateries helped navigate entering and exiting the parking lot. Total consensus is we will return soon!

Home away from Home
We had an air conditioner go out on Sunday morning and Home 2 Suites let us check in early. Monday morning we checked out to meet the air conditioner repairman at 8 AM. The Repairman had to get parts and would return at noon to do the repairs. I called Home 2 Suites and asked if we could check back in until the check out time so we could stay cool and they graciously let us come back. We were very grateful for their taking care of us.

Friendly and Accommodating
Room was very nice and clean. I requested for an hour earlier ck in due to family function and was told to call the morning of ck in which I did, the clerk was very helpful and remembered my call when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy which was a big help since we were pressed for time. We decided to skip breakfast and just have coffee since it was continental and didn’t look desirable.

Practically no amenities for such an isolated property. Worm out mattress and furniture gave me the impression this room would not have passed a swab test. Would never stay there again.

First of all, I like home 2, I like everything, service, amenities, cleaning, food, etc.
This specific hotel was not my top one
My kids like to sleep on the sofa bed
This time the sofa smelled bad like pip really bad like pip but other than that was good enough.
Service was wonderful, food was good as always

Modern, nice lobby with plenty seating, nice outdoor area with plenty seating. Nice for a group visit. Breakfast free with breakfast sandwich, cereal, juices, make your own waffle, coffee, tee, and enough to get your day started. We didn’t use the pool or gym. Comfortable bed and nice soft linens and towels. Expensive bath products - “zero%” brand shower gel, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner. The kitchen has a full size fridge and enough kitchen items for 4-6 people. We had a minor problem the day before we checked out. It seemed like the cleaning person forgot to empty our trash cans and refill the coffee/tea items. Not sure if we will stay there again, mainly because it is in an industrial area - no scenery, a gas station in walking distance but everything else you need to drive to.
