This is the worst Hyatt House I have ever stayed at! It is simply a domestic version of the 7 Days Inn chain. There are no other toiletries except the three essentials (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner).
Even if the water in the hotel is boiled, you cannot drink it. It has a strange smell, as if you are drinking disinfectant water, so you have to buy water for drinking water after staying in the hotel for a few days.
A small, not very valuable handicraft I brought was also missing. Since it was just a small gift, I didn't bother to negotiate with the hotel.
In short, this is simply not the quality that a Hyatt brand hotel should have.
