This place was amazing , the front desk was very friendly while we were asking questions since we never been here before . I highly recommend this place it feels like home . They serve complimentary breakfast , have an outdoor pool , 24 hr gym , and have an outside patio for bbq or just to hang out . Overall it was ga great experience and I would come back again !

這是我住過的最差的Hyatt House了！簡直就是一個國內版的7天連鎖酒店。洗漱用品除了老三樣必備（沐浴液、洗髮液、護髮素）其他的什麼都沒有。
酒店的水就是煮開了也不能喝，有一種怪味，好像是喝消毒水，所以住店幾天喝水都必須買水。
我帶去的一個不怎麼值錢的小工藝品也不翼而飛，因為就是個小禮品，也懶得跟酒店交涉了。
總之，這簡直不是Hyatt品牌酒店應該有的品質，
極差！！！！

Room was beyond my expectations, clean and lots of things to enjoy inside including electric gas stove, Samsung tv, utensils, enough storage space, etc. Location is a plus. 7mins to shopping center. Boomi the front desk receptionist was very professional with an excellent customer service. Parking fee is a turn-off, a ripoff. Why the extra $15+fees per day in addition to room cost...would return

We were in town for a family event and were very pleased with Hyatt House. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Our room had a full kitchen which we'll utilize during our next visit; we were out and about this weekend, so we didn't get to use it. Breakfast was very good and had lots of options.

Stay at the nearby Sheraton instead. This hotel was not up to the usual standards of a Hyatt House property. And paid outside parking with no security.

Overall the hotel is okay, they keep the minimum in order not to loose the franchise or the stars, the bathroom sink was clogged, but I guess that is something it can be fixed in a easy way with Drano or with the maintenance guy. Breakfast, quietness, gym, parking, staff in the reception were okay. I came late at night from visiting a friend and they had an "easy to make meal" with Gatorade, at least distracted my stomach and the price was very reasonable.
