First negative: I arrived at 5:30 and the lobby was already locked. Had to try to talk and listen through heavy glass at a small window. Very uninviting and made me worry about the neighborhood. Second negative: the security lock on the room door was busted. Another reason to feel unsafe. I stacked room furniture against the door for security. Third negative: the light and outlets above the desk did not work. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This was really substandard and unhealthy. The ceiling above my toilet was leaking onto my toilet! (I now realize that each time I used the toilet, I was likely being bathed in fluid from the toilet in the room above me!!! YUCK!!!) Management was unresponsive when notified. The ceiling had black mold and I have had breathing issues since my stay there. Not clean. No housekeeping and there is never anyone at the front desk so you can't get additional towels (even if yours are being used to absorb the leaking ceiling in your room). There's more, but that should more than enough to steer you elsewhere.

I booked a non smoking room, but I was placed in a smoking room. The toilet was used and not flushed. I tried to switch rooms, and they said no rooms were available so I had to check out and leave. They told me I have to contact the third party for a refund.

Bed was comfy. Extra table for eating and game playing. The space was perfect. No worries about noises. None what so ever.
