Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The large group in the room next to us was extremely loud and inconsiderate, partying all night and well into the morning. Despite repeated complaints, the staff did nothing, even after saying they would address it. We asked for a manager, but none was available. Overall, it was absolutely not worth the money spent.

We found a bedbug in our room and brought it straight to the front desk, only to be brushed off with, “Okay, I’ll let housekeeping know.” The lack of concern was unbelievable. For the so-called luxury prices they charge, this experience was completely unacceptable. I strongly suggest not staying here.

When we called the front desk to complain about the loud noise coming from the room next to ours, no one answered the phone. Frustrated, we decided to go downstairs to speak to someone in person, but there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for about 15 minutes with still no sign of an employee, we walked behind the desk area and were shocked to find the staff member asleep with their feet propped up on the desk. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to offer a luxury experience.

The front desk informed us that all luggage carts were in use, so we carried all our belongings to the fifth floor ourselves. Once upstairs, we frustratingly spotted three unused carts sitting by the elevator. This lack of attentiveness and assistance was disappointing, we expected much better service and communication.
