Bad drainage system tubs full of hair no emergency maintenance guys to snake the drains clean anything literally had to do it myself

This hotel is amazing! The inside is beautiful with trees and fountains and the room was very spacious. They also had one of the best breakfast bars ever! So many amenities and super friendly people running the place. Would stay here again when we come back.

Pros. Staff was very friendly, inviting and helpful. The hotel atrium was beautiful and we enjoyed waking up to have a free breakfast with fresh made to order omlettes in the garden each morning. They have a small arcade ( kinda pricey) and a general shop with decent selection of items ( also rather pricey) The room itself was okay. We had a living room area with couch, TV, mini fridge, table and coffee machine. Bed was firm but sleep-able. Bathroom was good size. Pool was nice. We got a couple vouchers for free drinks in the lobby. Cons. You can clearly see the hotel is older and has had a few areas not kept up with. The furniture in the room was old and very used. The mini fridge in our room didn't work. The parking was not free. You needed to pay $15 a day to park at the hotel. The price per night was higher than I would normally pay for the hotel we received. The room we received did not match up to the standards that the images online portrayed in my opinion. Overall We stayed 2 nights. We had breakfast both mornings. We didn't use the drink vouchers since we had timed plans and the drink time was an hour long in the afternoon. We did get 2 free bottles of water at check in but I'm assuming you can't drink the water in the rooms ( it was smelly) so be careful when you are making your coffee in the room. We really were kinda offended that we had to pay for parking. Even though the experience was mostly good, other than finding out the next day the fridge didn't work and i had to throw away my milk for my coffee, we both agreed that we wouldn't ever choose to go back unless they do away with pay for parking. Its just not a nice way to start and end your visit. Leaves a bad taste. I would say if your passing through to give them a chance if the room price is right. The atrium is almost worth the cons.

Amazing hotel! Especially with kids. Clean rooms. Delicious breakfast the kids loved and beautiful inside lobby. Thank you for the stay away from home to enjoy the American dream mall for spring break. Highly recommend. Great for families.

Check in was great, the free breakfast was outstanding, and the free reception from 5-630 was ok. Free house wine and spirits, tortilla chips and salsa. Room was very clean and hotel overall was very nice. The one thing I would have to say is about the A/C. Overall, it was very confusing. It only seems to kick in when it’s 60 degrees or higher outside. So we had our window open a lot , which it only open maybe 6-7 inches. So a lot of cigarette smoke and other “smoke” came in. Overall, about a 15 minute drive to Thomas Edison museum, open Thursday to Sunday only. About a 30-40 minute drive to Liberty park.
