"Booked with resort in May 2023. Decided we needed something different for our group and told them I needed to cancel. I asked for my refund and was told that they would keep my money and I could come at another time. I sent them photos of their cancellation policy and stated I wanted my money back. I email and get no response. I put 2000$ down and that’s a lot of money for me. I didn’t want to go through social media but that what I did hoping to get their attention. Not a way to run any business"

"Encantada Ocean cottages is the perfect place to unwind and relax. As soon as I stepped out of the car I immediately felt at ease. The cottages all had their own private porch nestled behind beautiful foliage where you can read or listen to the local wildlife. The entire property is beautifully landscaped, which allows you to get lost in the beauty of Costa Rica. The menu had something for everyone and everything tasted amazing. Every staff member that I encountered was always smiling and went above and beyond. Thank you to EVERYONE at Encantada for a memorable vacation."
