Zone Connect by the Park Parra Goa ★★★

"Worst hotel experience in Goa. Completely disappointed with the service at Zone Connect by The Park, Parra Goa. Checked in at 2 PM and even after several reminders, basic amenities were not provided properly. No towels, no dental kit, no hair dryer, no TV remote, and even the calling bell in the room was not working. Every small thing had to be requested multiple times and still no proper response from the staff. This is not the level of service anyone expects after paying hard-earned money for a hotel stay. The management seriously needs to improve hospitality, room maintenance, and customer support. The property may look decent in photos, but the actual experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this hotel to families or tourists expecting a comfortable stay. Only Good Thing Is Location"
