Booked 2 rooms for 2 night stays at Larwil through Trip.com. Encounter issues with check up but was quickly rectified by the reception. Quick and excellent service by the staff!!! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the location was a bit far away from the CBD, so may need a vehicle to move around. But overall a good location to stay in.

Perfect accommodation if you find yourself having to have appointments at the Royal Children’s Hospital. The accommodation takes the worry of parking away and with many options downstairs it is the perfect choice. The staff have always been accommodating.

One of the best places to stay in Melbourne and such a hidden gem. A stone throw away from the city Center but out of the crowds and hustle, it was the perfect space for our family of 3. My son enjoyed visiting the nearby park and the view was spectacular. Would definitely recommend!

The room facilities are average, and there is a very nice park downstairs of the hotel.

I stayed there for one day and then extended my stay. To the south is the University of Melbourne and to the north is the Melbourne Zoo. They are not far away. It only takes 15 minutes. The hotel is in the hospital complex, quiet.

The hotel is very artistic, modern and not old. It is located in the north of Melbourne. It costs about 15 dollars to take a taxi to the city for more than three kilometers.

Overall, it was good. On the last night, there was a power outage in the room, and the front desk temporarily helped adjust the room. The location is near the University of Melbourne, very close. The medical department of the university is next door and is under construction, but it is very quiet at night. The park downstairs is huge and great. It’s still a bit cold in Melbourne at night, so you still need to bring long sleeves and long pants when you come over winter vacation.

It is a newly opened hotel with clean and tidy rooms. It is a very cost-effective hotel. Behind it is the Royal Park and there is a tram stop at the door. It is a bit far from the city and relatively quiet.
