Good place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and we are really like the place

Comfortable, Spacious, clean, overlooking royal park and near the city and tram  Convenient - the building has a carpark, restaurant, and supermarket

100% beautiful room view.

It was a really nice relaxing stay. I would book again when required

bed soft and pillow too high，others are quite good，like it.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 night stays at Larwil through Trip.com. Encounter issues with check up but was quickly rectified by the reception. Quick and excellent service by the staff!!! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the location was a bit far away from the CBD, so may need a vehicle to move around. But overall a good location to stay in.

Perfect accommodation if you find yourself having to have appointments at the Royal Children’s Hospital. The accommodation takes the worry of parking away and with many options downstairs it is the perfect choice. The staff have always been accommodating.

One of the best places to stay in Melbourne and such a hidden gem. A stone throw away from the city Center but out of the crowds and hustle, it was the perfect space for our family of 3. My son enjoyed visiting the nearby park and the view was spectacular. Would definitely recommend!
