GGuest UserThe view is the best. In particular, the executive sea view seems to be the best in Fira Village.
However, there is no soundproofing, so you can hear everyone drinking and screaming at dawn.

GGuest UserVery close to Termini and an easy walk. Very well lit with simple walkways and adequate for accessibility. The room was clean, with information cards, towels, robes and a simple safe for valuables. There is breakfast available in the dining hall and luggage storage should you chose to walk about Rome before or after your stay. GOD FORBID, you need to use a bathroom on the ground level, however. My stay was perfectly fine until I needed to toilet before our departure. When I asked if there was another bathroom for use, I was told that I could use the train station bathroom
 (âŹ1,50) I must have just been another traveler off the street to the staff looking for a sneaky free toilet use standing there with my luggage. After the staff recognized the mistake they wanted to usher me to another bathroom. I opted to pay the âŹ1,50 than to be insulted further. âGood luck in Europeâ is the hospitality you can expect in Rome.

JJammers Travel & ToursPerfectly positioned just a short 100 meters from Roma Termini station, the hotel offers unbeatable convenience for both train travelers and those exploring Rome. Multiple metro lines, buses, and direct airport trains are within easy reach. You can drop your bags and head out immediately to the city's iconic sights. UNA Deco Roma delivers a warm, attentive atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in elegant Art-Deco style, complete with a comfy bed, desk, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. While the beds and overall comfort were a highlight, I did notice some minor maintenance issuesâlike erratic bathroom supply replenishment and average sound insulation in a few rooms. Still, these were manageable and didn't detract from the overall pleasant experience.

GGuest UserWe have booked for one night and yes, we did call them that we'll be arriving very earlier, like midnight to 1 am and asked if we can just stay in the lounge because there's also a 24-hour desk. We're probably gonna stay at least 3-4hrs tops cause we're planning to see Rome very earlier to get decent pictures before tourists arrive. They told us yes, and that we can also do earlier check-in like 1-2pm if the room is ready. We have arrived and the receptionist was very rude right from the start. There's also one foreigner before us who clearly doesn't speak Italian. The receptionist was all over the place, commenting about how come people want to book earlier, mind you we understand everything cause we also know how to speak Italian. But when it was our turn and told him everything, he basically turned us away and that we cannot stay there. It's fine, no problem, but we did asked if we could just stay a little bit to find another hotel to stay for the night, a little 10 mins won't hurt anybody but no, he did tell us to go outside and literally throw us away, mind you we're 2 girls outside of Rome at 1-2am in the morning, the least you can do is let us stay inside until we get another place to stay. After 10mins outside with no hotel to book and 3 men we're coming towards us with a bag that you can literally tell they stole, we forced ourselves back at the hotel cause we're very scared and YES, THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD US NO AGAIN, even though we told him that there are 3 men  5 ft away from us. He told us that his work is also dangerous because the door was broken, which is by the way not our fault. We didn't have a choice but to book for the night that costs us 170 euros, from 1am-11am! After we paid and got our key-door, it's like nothing happened, he's suddenly very accommodating, very talkative like he didn't throw us away 10 min ago.Â
This was the worst 3-star hotel I've ever been to, everything is perfect apart from that old receptionist. Never again!Â

×××Very clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

GGuest UserLocation is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery.
There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy.
Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good.
Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene.
There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully.
Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and the staff is excellent from the reception to the restaurant to the waiters, all kind and helpful. The services offered by the structure are of quality, breakfast in first place varied and abundant. The only flaw that I found in this trip was the fact that the room had problems in the evening when I arrived there was a structural problem that could happen to anyone that it was not possible to resolve it at the time because we had arrived at too late an hour and the fact that it was not possible to resolve it immediately made our stay of the first night not too comfortable. The next morning after evaluating that the problem could not be resolved promptly they changed our room to one equal to the one we had booked and the stay as always went very well. The only thing I would have expected was a refund even if only partial for the major inconvenience suffered but this was not done, it is true that on our part it was not requested, but it seemed right to me that it was done without asking. Therefore 10+ to the staff indeed if it were possible I would give 11 a little less to the management.

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table.
The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat.
The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price.
I look forward to returning again in the future.
