Amazing
YYingwenA very satisfying stay! The room was clean and tidy, and the location was absolutely perfect, right next to Cologne Cathedral. Parking was also very convenient. Although breakfast was a bit pricey, the spread was extensive and the service was excellent. Plus, there's a dining and shopping district right behind the hotel, making everything super convenient.

JJU HEEThe breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all friendly. The bathroom even had a bathtub, so I enjoyed a relaxing bath. The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and I was completely satisfied. The hotel was also filled with Seo's works, which was truly stunning. If I stay in Cologne again, I'd definitely book here again.

Jjoo youn jungMy children wanted to have chocolate on Easter morning.My kids really wanted it, so I asked a male room cleaner for an Easter rabit chocolate, but I don't know the name. After wait a few minutes and then he got me one. he was so kind and thankful, but I couldn't tip him because i didn't have the cash. Please pass this massage on to him. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe room is better than expected, and the facilities are well maintained. Before checking in, I wondered if this hotel was very old, after all, it has been open for so long. I didn't expect it to be so good. The bathroom is also very large, and the bathtub and shower are separate.

GGuest UserHighly recommended! The room was excellent and very spacious. The bed was big enough for me and my child; since we booked for two adults and one child, they even provided an extra bed, so we had three beds in total! The location is fantastic. It's very close to the train station and Cologne Cathedral, just a 5-minute walk away, yet it's tucked away from the main hustle, which made us feel quite safe and secure. We took a stroll near the hotel and discovered a highly-rated restaurant. We tried some authentic German cuisine there, and it was quite good. Cologne is truly wonderful; we even got some photos just like Jay Chou's!
I highly recommend Trip.com! All our hotels for this Europe trip were booked through them, and it gave us great peace of mind. I compared their prices with several major platforms, and they truly offered the best rates. Highly, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is an old-school hotel; they even gave us a paper map at check-in. The hotel is located 1.5 km from Cologne Cathedral. The room was quite large, with a decor style from over a decade ago, but it's still well-maintained. It has air conditioning, which proved to be very important and beneficial as the weather started getting hot this week.

GGuest UserWhen I was checking in, I was a little worried the staff would be unable to speak English. However the two receptionists who helped me were perfectly fluent and answered any questions I had. I did unfortunately have to pay a city tax on top of my room, but it wasn’t expensive and this is a common thing in most hotels in Europe.
The room itself was pretty decent and had plenty of space for my suitcase and to walk around. The en-suite was great and had good towels and hot shower. The bed was comfy with a good mattress and duvet wise, but the pillows were a bit limp and didn’t have a lot in them. I spoke to another member of staff who spoke little English, who said he’d look and bring one to my room, but this never happened. Whatever the case, still had a good sleep, would have better with extra head comfort.
As for breakfast, there was a great variety of choice from fry-up food (bacon, sausages, eggs) to continental pastries and drinks. I would say the only downside was there was not enough for fruit, as there was only a few apples and plates of sliced oranges. Would have been better if there was more to choose fruit wise, but everything else was great and was a good fuel up for the day in Cologne.
When checking out, they also allowed me to place my luggage and bags in their storage room with zero charge which is great when you’re exploring for the day and have a later departure time.
Overall, if you’re in Cologne for a day (like me) or two, this place is a great option and I would stay here again!

GGuest UserThis hotel is very good. There's a supermarket across the street and the station is a 7-minute walk away, which is super convenient. It's a bit bigger and cleaner than the H+ room we stayed in before. The service is also good. The only regret is that the room doesn't come with water.

JJoanYang24I booked this hotel for a business trip, specifically to attend an exhibition overseas. The overall environment was pretty good, and it was quite clean. It was conveniently located for visiting clients and reaching the city center. I would definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserCheck in was easy, its a nice hotel right in the town and a walking distantie from the train station. The service was good but did not expect the wellness centrum to be alocated at a different building but still was nice to have use the faciliteiten.
