GGuest UserThe room was large and convenient. It was nice that they provided water and carbonated water. There was a bathtub so I could relax, and it was nice that the body soap, shampoo, and treatment were all separate.

WWellTravelledGringoDon’t stay here in summer it’s absolute hell. It doesn’t have any working air con regardless of what they say and the room is 28-30c at night! The hotel owners need to spend a few million euros overhauling the entire system and it’s obvious they won’t ever do that
Sadly because of this the front desk staff bare the brunt of complaints therefore creating a toxic work environment the room itself is nice but sadly would never book again during summer months

DDanielaIch war in Zimmer 56 untergebracht und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die durch das Zimmer durch die Dachgeschoss entstand, war einfach toll. Das Zimmer war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.
Das Hotel überzeugt zudem durch seine zentrale, aber ruhige Lage und den freundlichen Service. Ich würde das Midtown Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

KKuantwVery close to the station. For late check-in, you need to contact the hotel in advance to get the access code and key. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The hot water was okay, but it would be better if it were a bit hotter. It was really good value for money with the discount! Perfect for a layover.

The location was good because it was close to the central station and the concert hall.
There are many restaurants around, and you can walk a little bit by the Rhine.
The room was clean and all the facilities were good.
However, there was no elevator, so it was difficult to walk up and down the rotary stairs to the fourth floor.
I think it's hard for people with a lot of luggage.

Rrickan2000A rather basic hotel, but worthy of its price. The hotel is suitable for people with a limited budget but who want to live here for a long time. In addition to ordinary hotel rooms, there are also public living rooms and public bathrooms (that is, there are also rooms without bathrooms). The overall feel is more like a student dormitory. The room was very cold when I arrived. I searched for a long time before I realized that the heating was not turned on. So my impression of this hotel is cold and bleak, and I guess I won't go there again in the future. But it would be unfair to say that this hotel has nothing good to offer.

SsheaniaIt is a great location for a business trip, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I recommend it as the best stay for a solo stay. It was convenient because it had cooking utensils and an induction stove so I could have a simple meal.

GGuest User最坑的是前台和公寓樓不在一個地方，打車到公寓樓下，找了好半天沒找到前台，在樓下問了好幾個德國人都不知道，最後一個德國帥哥幫我打電話問才知道前台在八百米外，又推着箱子走過去拿鑰匙，又推着走回來。開門都是老式的鑰匙鎖，房間設施很簡陋，沒有紙巾，床頭枱燈找了半天才找到開關，洗澡水也不是很熱。沒有電話，你衹能用德國手機聯繫前台。總之很不方便。唯一優點是窗外是萊茵河美景，附近比較安靜。打車到科隆市中心大約7公里。公寓樓下有個中國餐館，馬路對角有個不錯的麪包店可以吃早餐。
