Flora Misty Falls Athirappilly

We had a splendid two-night stay at Flora Misty Falls, Athirapilly. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of by Mr. Hillary and Mr. Jishnu. A special mention goes to Mr. Hillary, who is truly the soul of the property-his hospitality made a lasting impression. Check-in was seamless and handled efficiently while we waited at their breathtaking restaurant, which offers a stunning view of the waterfalls. We stayed in the Panoramic Falls Suite, the highest category room, and it was absolutely worth the upgrade. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and came with a private jacuzzi on the balcony-a true highlight. The attention to detail in the decor was impeccable, and thoughtful touches like a complimentary minibar and fruit bowl added to the experience. Dining at the restaurant was another pleasant part of our stay-delicious food at reasonable prices. Mr. Abin ensured we were well looked after during our meals. As part of our suite package, we were offered a complimentary trip to Vazhachal Falls and a stop at an animal sighting point, which added great value to our visit. Our guide and driver, Mr. Udeesh, was fantastic-not only was he knowledgeable, but he also doubled as a skilled photographer, capturing some amazing Instagram-worthy photos and reels for us. Mr. Sajimon, the resort manager, deserves credit for the excellent upkeep and management of the property. One area for improvement would be standardizing the service quality across all staff members, as the experience varied depending on who was attending to us. The WiFi definitely needs to be improved. However, this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise memorable stay. Flora Misty Falls should be your top choice when visiting Athirapilly.

We were looking forward to having a break with family and had planned this well in advance. Unfortunately our father could not accompany so we arrived late night. Kindly note access through the forest ares is restricted after sunset and highway route is to be taken if travelling in the evening. Though located beside the main road, Flora Mist Hills offers a peaceful and serene ambience once you step in. The rooms are aesthetically done with pleasant colour tones and ample storage space. The view of the falls from the balcony during the day is the USP with green hills and ofcourse waterfalls. The dining area has an outdoor deck inviting birds and monkeys too. Cuisine is one aspect which was pleasantly surprising. Chef Sagheer with his extensive culinary skills comes up with traditional, North Indian and even International dishes with ease. My personal favourite were the soft delicious phulkas. Thankyou Chef and team to keep our stomach full with delicacies. Jishnu gave us company throughout exchanging stories and keeping us qualitatively engaged. Evening trips to watch elephants are arranged. Entry ticket to waterfalls is also provided for quick access. Parking may be limited in front of the hotel. The hotel offers a collection of teas , herbal soaps and oils for sale. Special mention to Rahul, Sayooj, Abdhu and Abin for the hospitality. Flora Misty Falls is worth visiting again.

Amazing service, the beds were also so comfortable. The fact that there is a personal jacuzzi with such a great veiw I love it. Even the swimming pool has a jacuzzi inside. My overall experience was amazing. Thank you for making my stay so special! Can't forget the staff who made it even better the manager 'Hilary' was really helping.
