The front desk are friendly and helpful. But is extremely noisy throughout the night.

I had a great time in this hotel during Paris 2024 Olympics. The receptionist Bibel is exceptionally professional, kind and helpful, he reminded me the Marathon Street arrangement before I started my visit, and telling me where to buy the souvenirs. He also upgraded my room because it was my birthday =) The room itself is very clean, tidy, spacious, the viewing is good, with air-conditioning during the hottest summer time!

Nice clean small hotel, good air con. The only thing the elevator is pretty small only fits for 1 person with luggages.

The service staff is very good.

The location was superb, close walking distance to subway stations and just next door with the major department stores. Clean but small room, with great service. Nice eateries nearby too. Highly recommended!

Convenient location, very close by Galerie Lafayette. Metro transportation not too far away as well.

Hotel lobby is welcoming and clean; great location and is close to the Louvre, about 10min walk away.

Everything was good including room. So near to effiel tower too. Easy to move around at the location too. Will stay the next time. Supermarket and train is just round the corner too.

Very nice place sizable room and very welcoming and nice staff Location was 1 min away from lafayette department store. One thing was a little bit of musky smell in the room. But very clean and overall nice

I booked this hotel mainly because of the Roissy bus. The location is good. There is a supermarket on the left and a small Chinese drugstore. There is a door bag shop across the road, which provided me with breakfast for two mornings. HM, Galeries Lafayette, and Printemps are on the right. The room is not big, but it has a small balcony and you can see the opera house at a glance, which is very surprising. The hygiene is OK! The transportation is also very convenient, but because it is above the subway line, I didn't sleep well those few nights.

The location is excellent. The neighborhood is relatively safe during the Olympics. The front desk is polite and friendly. There is a small supermarket nearby. Life is convenient and it is close to the department store.

The room was clean but not big. The old elevator was very small and could only accommodate two people, so if you live on a relatively high floor, you may have to wait a long time before you can carry your luggage down. The location is very good, very close to Galeries Lafayette, the surrounding environment is also good, and the transportation is convenient.

The sheets are dirt and have not been replaced. The first day there was heating, the second time there was no heating, I called the reception desk to ask, he said he turned on the air conditioner to adjust the high temperature as heating. And without supplementing the bathtub carpet, they said to use bath towels to spread the floor as a bathtub carpet. Not cleaned, bathtub hair and hair on the floor not cleaned. The water cup was not cleaned. No refills of coffee.
