Unique hotel. Rooms are very small. Staff are young and friendly. If you are very prone to motion sickness, better to pick a hotel on land.

Advice: if you have a problem, you are on your own. Hotel will take your money and won't help. I was very excited to try this hotel first and then coming back again with my family. I noticed they had like some river cruising and other nice stuff plus nice food. WOULD I EVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL? NO WAY :( Unfortunately I had issues with my flight (I missed it) and couldn't make it to the hotel. I paid in advance and the hotel did not refund a single porcentage, nothing not even 20% , of the 200 dollars I paid for the room, nor even offered credits or book for a different date. I understand they have policies (which I consider abusive to the user) I wish I would have checked better before booking. Thanks to trip costumer service for being kind with me in this ugly situation.

It’s okay

Booked this hotel largely because of the pool. After a long hot day in Paris we were looking forward to a swim but it was closed all day due to a private event.. we weren't even allowed to have a drink outside and had to sit indoors in the restaurant on this sunny, beautiful day. If you are sensitive to noise, it's good to know that the boat is right next to a railway bridge and trains run constantly. Maybe that's why there were earplugs in the room. At check-out they tried to charge us €44 for breakfast that we didn't eat.. a bit annoying..

It is very convenient to wash in the Seine River. The room is a bit small and a bit noisy, but the transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to various attractions, train stations and airports. The price is a bit expensive.
