An absolutely luxurious and unforgettable stay! This place is perfect for couples — the room came with a bathtub and high-quality amenities that made everything feel so pampering and romantic. One of the best parts was their 24-hour shuttle service. They even contacted me a day in advance to arrange free pick-up from the railway station, which was such a thoughtful touch. When I arrived, the room was prepared with traditional Chinese desserts, welcome drinks, and a beautiful fruit platter — it really made me feel welcomed and valued. A big thanks to 小赵 for arranging everything so well, and for the special gift during check-out — such a sweet gesture! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended for a relaxing, romantic getaway

Room and facilities: 10/10 The room is spacious, simple and clean white design. Nice bedding, nice coach, smart light, the room's amenities are complete and well arranged. From the wellcome drink, afternoon fruits and all drinks in the fridge are for free. They also helped with luggage.. Location: 10/10 very strategic and near to Longkan pier (just across the street) and near to the scenic hill. Breakfast: 10/10 talking about food is dependent on personal taste. It is not a buffet type breakfast, but just with the meal presentation, we can taste their sincerity and humbleness. Really love the minced meat for the noodles and the soy milk👍🏼 Me and my 74yo mom are really happy and have an enjoyable stay🥰 Thanks to them have made our stay enjoyable, really convenient and comfortable. It was my first time staying there, and it was a beautiful experience that I would definitely repeat. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the staff were very kind and helpful. It’s easy to get there as they provide transportation to and from the hotel. They also add many thoughtful touches. I was very happy staying there and I highly recommend it!

We have been staying here for one night and overall i can give 5⭐️. Location is strategic and especially for muslim people can get halal food just by walking distance. Room was absolutely clean and staff were so friendly in assisting us. Thank you so much for great hospitality.

We have great experience at the hotel. The communications were smooth through wechat and the bed was big and comfortable. The pool has fantastic view of Erhai Lake and overall it is a very instaworthy hotel. There are many cafes and restaurants around the whole complex area. Location-wise it is a bit far from the ancient town and town centre. The hotel is good for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Amazing hotel with a vibe and theme around it. Great round-the-clock friendly service and fantastic amenities. Would recommend! Hotel also linked us up with really awesome 包车 services (both in terms of price and just the quality of the service). 24-hour buggies are also available around the resort area which you can get access to by simply WeChatting the hotel (they reply really quickly no matter the time, usually within a minute).

The hotel gave us free rides from the train station and to the airport, which is greatly appreciated. Super accessible to Flomis garden. However, required 40-50 mins ride to the Dali Ancient town. Room is spacious, well equipped. Good value for money!

We had a 270 sea view room with heart shaped hot tub. The view was fantastic. The amenities were wonderful. Service is great. Our taxi dropped us at parking lot and I called the hotel desk. They put me with their WeChat right away, the tram picked us immediately.  Service came and filled the hot tub with hot water, but it does not have heating, so when water cooled, can’t use.  The area have lots of food and everything is very romantic. In Feb. it’s a little cold at night. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Nice view. The only cons is a but far from city about 50-60 minutes. Very clean, they gave complimentaries fresh fruits, pomegrante juice and birds nest soup.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had an amazing time here. We loved watching the fireworks from our room. The view from our balcony was fantastic. The staffs were very friendly!
