Didn’t like that only one towel was left as some other livemax locations leave two bath towels. Other hotels also leave towels on the door if you do not want a full clean up, besides that the locations is close to train bus station.

Bad smell and dusty

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a full-length mirror right next to the entrance door, but it would have been nice if there was a separate makeup mirror around the table.

It was very dusty and looked like it had never been cleaned. It was cheap, but even for me who has poor eyesight, there was too much dust.

It was located directly next to the station, so I was able to get there without getting lost. There was a Family Mart next to the hotel, so it was convenient. There was a humidifier and air purifier in the room, so I was able to stay very comfortably.

It's very close to the tram station and the restaurant street. It's a very prime location. The hotel staff are very helpful and the room is very clean. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is convenient for shopping 24 hours a day.

When I got off at Gifu Station and walked off the main road, I found myself in a busy downtown area! The thing that caught my eye was an oden restaurant🍢 There were a variety of shops, and it felt like a fun town! The hotel had a reception machine in front of the reception desk, so I filled in the necessary information and the process was easy, then I headed to my room. The room I happened to be in was a bit dirty in places, which was disappointing, but I slept soundly💤

During the day, there was no staff at the front desk, and only a sign saying that luggage could not be kept before or after check-in. I had no choice but to go back to the station and leave my luggage in a locker. The room did not seem very clean, the air was foul, and I didn't feel like sleeping in the bed. Even though I was just staying overnight, I wanted to have a comfortable stay.

I had my relatives stay there, and they were happy with how easy it was to check in and out and how reasonably priced it was. I look forward to staying with you again.

It was a rundown facility and the location was good near the station, but the receptionist was rude and the smell in the room was bothersome. Also, the hotel I stayed at the night before included breakfast (buffet style) for a similar price.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan. I couldn't get a room anywhere during the holidays in Japan. A 16 square meter room costs 1,700 a night which is not cheap. The most important thing is that it was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. It was so uncomfortable! I will never stay in this hotel group again.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, but it was a normal business hotel.
