Selected due to close proximity to metro and buses. Modern hotel building. Good, quiet and spacious room. Can’t complain 👍

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Room was immaculately clean and more spacious than I imagined-perfect for solo travellers....balcony was clean and quite big. A little far from the attractions but the metro is quite near and easy to use. Chrisline was just simply outstanding, easy going and gave me very helpful tips! I will be sure to recommend this hotel and I will stay here should I ever return to Paris!

I stayed at this hotel during the Olympics because it is close to the La Chapelle arena one metro station away. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Marx Dormoy metro station on line 12. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too.

there was a lot of dust and caused an asthma attack. everything else ok, close to metro and must try bobs bakery nearby

The neighborhood is a bit rough, however, full of lively cafes, bars, bakeries, etc. The balcony was unusable, full of bird ****. Rooms are small (but normal for Paris) but decent. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, helpful and nice.

The room location is OK. It's a little far from the city center, but the subway is fast and it's nearby. If you are traveling alone, you may need to consider safety issues. Others are very satisfied
