Disappointed by the spa area which, rather than being peacefully zen, was a lively play pool for children. Shocked that water and soft drinks in the minibar were not complimentary. Surprised that bathroom accessories were not renewed. Reception clumsy. That said, l did make my thoughts known to the Lead Receptionist and her communication with me has been excellent.

It’s a real 4-star hotel with nice and professional service and clean & spacious room! Definitely will recommend to friends!

It is a chic and the bedding is very comfortable which we seldom met. Would definitely recommend to others. Also it is full of cafe restaurants cafes supermarket in the neighborhood

Great stay. Great staff and very good location. Easy to get to from main attractions. Local area has some good food spots. Hotel was clean and breakfast was fantastic. Only gripe was that mirrors where only in the bathroom with no mirrors in the main bedroom.

Great hotel with nice amenities. Around a half hour walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to metro stations. Staff are incredibly helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. Spa was also nice downstairs

Very safe and comfortable hotel. Good service attitude. Much better than I expected. If I go on a business trip next time, I may choose this hotel first. This community is also good. There is a Xinjiang Dapanji restaurant nearby that is delicious.

Convenient location, good service, large room in Paris, relatively new decoration

The room was very clean and nice! The location is called Eiffel, but you can't see the Eiffel Tower, but you can see it if you walk a little. There is no subway station nearby, but there are many bus stops, so there is no difficulty in getting to tourist attractions! The shower head was broken, so I asked for it to be repaired, and it was fixed the next day, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience :) I really wanted to use the swimming pool when I had time, but my travel schedule was tight, so I ended up not being able to see it ㅠ

Overall the hotel is quite nice, there is a spa with a hammam, sauna and swimming pool. The room was really small, as soon as you enter there is a bed, there was not even a mini corridor. In the bathroom there is a shower without a shower cabin and not even a floor with a raised area, this is a bit uncomfortable, because the whole bathroom floor is wet after taking a shower. We asked to bring us a dental kit, because we forgot toothpaste and were late, they could not help us, and the cotton pads were not renewed either. These moments were a bit annoying in terms of service. However, the hotel itself is quite stylish, the location is good, the breakfasts were great, there is not much choice, but everything is top notch, everything is very tasty and the staff is friendly! Overall we were pleased with the hotel)!

The room is not small in Paris, with complete facilities, rich breakfast, convenient dining and transportation nearby, and a 3-5m walk to the subway.
