Had a great stay! Will recommend to friends and family. Will stay if we were to go Paris again

There was a lot of dust under the chair. Hair in the bathroom. A small bottle of water was only provided on the first day. The bed and pillow were comfortable.

Everyone was very pleasant and spoke English. I would stay here again! The continental breakfast was good.

Location and services are amazing. Hotel staffs are really helpful and accommodating. The hotel is small and has limited amenities, but the staff is helpful to accommodate by providing what you need if you request for it.

Hotel is ok. Breakfast is so so, not very plenty. For the price you can have just beverages, croissants, some cheese and muesli. I staid just two night and if you need just sleep somewhere is ok. Also the problem is the stairs - that you need to pick up your luggage to the elevator by the high staircase and after elevator you have to bring luggage by the staircase again because the elevator stops “between” floors. I’m glad that stuff helped me with that. Room was small but one more time - enough to sleep and put my stuff. Once the light in my room switched off by itself but stuff helped me very quickly to fix the problem.

Service and location are very good. But the room is too old and small.

The hotel is in a stylish old styled building, with a spiral staircase, very kind and friendly reception, and good service. Although the room is a bit small, it is very clean. Generally speaking, it is relatively comfortable. There is a subway and bus station nearby. I like the view outside the window.

This was the first time in Paris for myself and my daughter. We had a warm welcome by an absolutely lovely receptionist. The room was spotless and fresh and very comfortable. Saint Lazure metro is about a 10 minute walk away. I recommend the Paris Europe cafe for breakfast which is in between hotel and metro. Overall the hotel was fantastic and would absolutely go back there again. Thank you for such a lovely stay

Horrible Service and awful staff

One of the most memorable moments of this trip to Paris was the time I spent at this hotel. After staying for 5 nights, I actually had a lot of worries. The building was beautiful, and the room was cozy and clean, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The biggest advantage of the New Orient Hotel and what made it so special was the manager. From the first day to the last day, he greeted me with a bright smile every morning, and I was able to start my day feeling good while eating the delicious breakfast he prepared with care. After he found out that we were on our honeymoon, he treated us even warmer and generously shared with us great restaurants and small travel tips. I was really grateful. I thought of the hotel as just a place to sleep, but this place was a place where I could feel comfortable. If you are wondering where to stay in Paris, I would recommend this place without hesitation. If I come to Paris again, I would definitely stay here again. As a side note, the subway and bus stops are close to the hotel, so it was very convenient to get around, and the security was also very good!

Good location in a relatively safe area. The hotel room is very small and almost soundproof. I was woken up by the upstairs in the middle of the night. A male front desk staff was very cold! I called to communicate about early check-in. I said the wrong hotel name the first time and he hung up the phone. No matter how many times I called later, the other party hung up directly, which was very time-consuming. Later, I asked a local colleague to call and said that if the room had not been booked before, it could be checked in advance, but it turned out that I was told that the room was not ready when I arrived, but at the same time, another person added breakfast on the spot and the room was ready immediately (I didn't choose it after reading the comments that the breakfast was very simple). The room is very small. Except for towels, paper cups, tissues, and a bottle of water, there are no other consumables. Check out on time at 11 o'clock, and you will not be allowed to stay even for an hour, saying that the room is full. The room I live in has a balcony, and the balcony looks empty next door at night. The overall experience is very average.
