Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel Reviews

A bit small as bathroom, but very good services, location and very clean also. Raccomended if you visit Paris, just located near the Eiffel Tower (walking distance) and one of the Statue of Liberty, on the Sein River. Beautiful, central and convenient. Will be back for sure.

Awful hotel. Unfriendly receptionist, didn’t move a finger to help me. Location is ok, the rooms are fine. Also, their elevators are annoying, stop at every floor on the way down even if the elevator is full. Avoid if possible.

Average hotel. You can get to enjoy Eiffel tower view outside the hotel, but blocked view from the inside Walking distance to Beaugrenelle shopping centres and walking distance to Charles Michels metro station but slightly further away from RER C Javel station. The hotel room is very normal and nothing to be excited about, aircond not working (maybe it's winter season), thus no ventilation. I was double charged for the city tax (initially being told that the 1st transaction via credit card was unsuccessful and was forced to do a 2nd transaction). Luckily, my stay was long enough to discover the double transactions on my credit card and I requested the reception to proceed the refund immediately. This is very annoyed situation which I believe nobody would like to experience and I suggest to pay the city tax in cash for a hassle-free stay, otherwise, choose another hotel.

Older hotel. Needs remodeling. Carpets were stained, bathroom very small. Bed was very comfortable and so were pillows. View amazing. This is the view from our room.

Loved it. There are department store, restaurants, Korean mart etc which is very convenient. Also hotel has easy store to use microwave along with grabbing some food and a water container. It has also river view that is quite lovely to feel paris vibe. :) Though we had to take uber to visit site seeing places like Louvre museum, but it located walking distance(?) to Eiffel tower. Mostly recommendable for me to stay.

Breakfast was really soso... booked 3 nights but ended up I skipped the 2nd and 3rd days... they have a cook to prepare omelette, I ordered one with every ingredients, and after some minutes, the cook gave me an omelette, and asked if I wanted some hams, I said yes, then he grabed some small pieces of ham and put on my dish saying the omelette was without ham... funny?! The scramble egg was not solid, seems prepared with excess of water… too busy in the morning and no staff to refill hot water. Cold food was too simple, for that price of breakfast, you can easily get something much nicer at any cafe nearby Room was clean, but the view was not nice even thought mine was the executive queen room…, some noise from maintenance work was heard at 8am as well… Location was ok, walking distance to metro and shopping mall. There is a Korean restaurant nearby which was nice, not the one on street but the one at the podium of nearby estates.
