The location, the lobby interior, and the breakfast were all good. The room was a little small, but you could open your suitcase. The sink was spacious and nice. However, the only amenity available was a shower cap, which was a bit disappointing.

I think this hotel has the best location and is perfect for sightseeing. The station was a 30 second walk away, and Galeries Lafayette was within a 10 minute walk. There were no bottled water in the room, so we had to go to each elevator hall to get water.

We checked in at the hotel at night and were given the wrong room. Someone in the room almost made a noise! After waiting for more than an hour, a shabby room was vacated that did not match what we booked online! Ctrip definitely couldn't do anything about it. I couldn't bear to come here for one night and changed the hotel the next day! There is also a big problem with the service attitude!
