Snug room that the hot shower and warm air were all working in severe winter in Montreal. Perfect location with 5 mins walk from the metro station. Also the hotel provides plenty parking lots which suitable for driving visitors. Staff are always friendly and answerable!

The beds are not comfortable at all. I had a hard time sleeping as my back hurts the entire time. I stayed 2 nights. The coffee machine did not work. Location was perfect for where I wanted to go. The biggest problem was the bed otherwise clean and convenient hotel.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. 4 times so far. Rooms are comfortable and fairly priced. Employees are all friendly. Parking is easy. In the summer there is an outdoor pool. So far no complaints ( except they stopped providing slippers).

With Free parking lot. We just walked across the street where everything we need it was there little plaza with Walmart, many choices of restaurants food place to eat and Gas stations right beside ready to fill-up and take the highway right there. The ppl were amazing and helpful with anything I need it. The room was and comfortable and I enjoyed the sliding wall window for more privacy! Great place!

The location is close to the hwy so it's great when you want to go out. Fee amenities are close by like gas station, bank well at least the one I bank with and a fast food restaurant. The reception was nice but there is one thing he did that put me off; he sneezed and blower his nose but didn't sanitized after before touching my IDs. This is why I took a one star off. Also the place was neat just few black spots in the bath tub. My stay was relatively short. It was a one night and I got to the hotel past 12 midnight, then out by 10:15am. Overall, it's a great hotel and I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Due to the local blizzard, our flight to Montreal on February 13 was cancelled, causing us to arrive at the hotel one day late.
We called the hotel in advance to inform them that the flight was cancelled and we would arrive one day late. When the front desk staff answered the phone, they only said that we could check in at any time because we booked a room for four days, but did not make any notes in the hotel system saying that we would arrive one day late. As a result, when we changed our flight overnight the next day, the original order was checked out. This shows that the front desk staff is quite unprofessional and irresponsible. After negotiation, the hotel did not agree to compensate us for the cost of not staying on the first night due to force majeure. I am very disappointed with this hotel and I don’t plan to stay there again.

The Robifford Hotel is a hotel fairly close to the Montreal Airport in Canada. It is very cost-effective. Although it only has a three-star rating on the surface, I actually felt that it was already at the level of a four-star hotel when I stayed there. The floors of the Robifford Hotel are not very high, reaching up to the third floor. There are also many conference halls next to the lobby. We often see many companies holding events or speeches there, and many business people come and go here. There is a supermarket 5 minutes' walk next to the Robiford Hotel, which is very convenient. You can buy food and drink at once. You can also reach the subway station within a 10-minute walk, making it much more convenient to go wherever you want to go. There is also a famous Big Orange opposite the Robifford Hotel. The special orange juice and hot dog burgers sold there are super delicious. There is also a McDonald's next to Robifford, which is very convenient for eating. If you’re craving burgers, there’s also a 24-hour Harvey’s burger restaurant. As for the hotel, the Internet WiFi speed is stable, the shower facilities are complete, and the shower gel and shampoo are sufficient. However, for the sake of environmental protection, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, nor does it provide mineral water. If you want mineral water, you can go to the supermarket downstairs to buy it. The hotel will be cleaned every day. There is also a capsule coffee machine available in the room and tea can be made. There is also a refrigerator in the room where you can freeze things. The TV has a wide selection of channels, including French and English channels. The advantage of staying at the Robifford Hotel is that if you want to go to Montreal Airport or go to Mount Royal for sports, it only takes 20 minutes to get there by taxi, which is very convenient. Just 15 minutes' walk from the Robifford Hotel, you can also reach the nearest post office, where you can send postcards. There is also a Starbucks next door where you can buy city commemorative mugs. Overall, although the Robifford Hotel, located in the suburbs of Montreal, Canada, is not as lively as the city, it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. You are not afraid of starving to death, as long as you can walk. The Robifford Hotel is one of the best hotels in Montreal, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it.

The room is ok, but the service is very poor. I told the front desk many times to add a quilt, but it has not been delivered
