Near the samseong station exit 7 or 8. coex shopping mall, Hyundai department stores are on the opposite. Coex aquarium is nearby too

The hotel is right off Samsung subway station exit #7. It is right across from Starfield Coex Mall. The room was bit small, but super clean. They also have very friendly staffs. We will definitely go back to the hotel for the next visit!

The hotel forgot to clean the room, even the cleaning button was pressed at 10am but until 2.30pm it wasn't cleaned. We have to call and asked cleaning arrangement

The air conditioning could not get below 78.8 degrees in the room and we put the thermostat all the way down to 64 degrees. The one photo is in Celsius and it was the last day. That was the lowest it cooks get which is 82 degrees F. Then in the bathroom there’s nasty disgusting mold. When I asked for a late check out they told me they will charge me $10 per hour past the normal check out time. Would I stay here again? Oh hell no! We stayed here for two nights and that was the treatment we received.

Good hotel - convenience location but it is not connect to the subway station The room is clean but with limited facilities There is no International Socket in room so please prepare the international adapter when you travel No swimming pool but the gym is good size

Loved staying at this hotel, very clean, very convenient and nice staff! I used the laundry machine- make sure to bring 5,000 won in ones so that you can use the vending machine to wash clothes. It has a sleek ambiance and a very convenient location to Coex mall, subway, bus stop.

For a four star and the price, service was not great. The check-in desk is on the 21st floor and we couldn’t get upstairs because you need the access card. It would’ve been helpful if there was a host at the front lobby. A random guy walked and pressed on the elevator not even speaking to us but helped us get upstairs, I guess he was a worker? Never introduced himself. I would not be staying at this location again.

Room was small. Just across coex samseong hence it is very strategic location. It is the beginning of fall, the temperature is just cold outside unfortunately the central heater is on and we hardly adjust the temperature such is set at 24 . So it was kind of hot inside the room , fortunately we can open the window. Lobby was on 21 floor

I booked two separate rooms in trip.com because the same room was not available. The changed to one room for 3 days with one single bed room. They could not provide an invoice with amount on it. Now do i need to call you to get an invoice?
